> 3 daySimply astounding. A very aggressive rasp that is sharp and fast with any kind of wood. Hard tropical wood, rosewood or ebony this SHINTO RASP does its job beautifully. Very happy to own it.

> 3 dayI love this rasp! Im a bowyer and this makes reducing staves a breeze. One side has coarse teeth and the other has fine teeth. I wish I had come across this rasp years ago. My one and only complaint is that it needs some type of front handle to keep your hand off of the blade.

> 3 daywonderful rasp, works like a charm, takes off the right amount in a hurry and leaves a smoother finish than other rasps

Greater than one weekThis rasp is different from those used in the West, but it doesnt take long to get used to. From my point of view, it is of enormous help to quickly mold curves and wavy shapes in wood, table legs, frames or guitar necks. Excellent tool and its price is hard to beat.

> 3 dayMade in Japan, this rasp is the best woodforming tool I have bought in years. A rough side, a finer side, a good handle and heft, whats there not too like? If you need a versatile wood rasp, give this tool a try.
