This unit is very well made and is very quiet. I am cooling a Adcom GFA 545 amp with it with no problems. In my situation the front panel of the cooling fan matches the the front of my amplifier perfectly. It truly looks like 1 piece.

This is a nice quiet fan protecting a $1000 Denon Audio Receiver. It installs easily and seems to be eliminating the hot air.

This is truly the simplest and most cost effective solution to cooling components, especially on the shelf or in a cabinet. The auto mode saves electricity. The width dimension was an exact match to my Yamaha RXA2070 receiver. The superior slim design is appealing and most of all; the variable fan system is very quite.

Very well made and designed. Has stopped my AV Amp from constantly overheating and shutting down. Only thought is that the light on the front showing fan speed is VERY bright. Not marking it down for that, as I can easily resolve with a piece of tape.

it is well worth the $, I cant believe I didnt buy this when I bought my denon AVR. It keeps my unit way cool, I used to feel just exhaust heat coming off the top. it is super easy to set up, just plug in and it automatically stays on, the mode setting is way easy to figure out, happy with my purchase

Ive used this product for over six months now and its been flawless. It sits atop my Krell stereo power amp and keeps it cool. Turns itself on automatically once the amp begins really warming up, and emits the warm air from the top. At fan levels three and four, the fans are quite audible in a quiet room, but playing back music at any level will mask the fan sound, so, no problem really. Ive placed a preamp on top of the Aircom unit but not without first making sure to create about three and a half inches of space between the top of the Aircom and the bottom of the preamp, using stacked hockey pucks and some small sorbothane feet. Happy with the whole setup. The Krell is an oldie but goodie whose life Id like to extend further, and keeping the heat under control is one of the best ways to do that.

A quiet fan system designed for cooling receivers, game consoles, and other AV components. Protects components from overheating, performance issues, and shortened lifespans. Programming features two thermal trigger modes and four speed control options. Contains three dual-ball bearing fans with PWM-controlled motors to minimize noise. Dimensions: 17 x 13.5 x 1.5 in. | Exhaust: Top | Airflow: 210 CFM | Noise: 21 dBA | Bearings: Dual Ball A quiet cooling fan system designed to be placed on top of AV components such as receivers, routers, game consoles, and AV cabinet components. Maintaining an optimal temperature for components prevents overheating, ensures constant performance, and extends their lifespan. The controller on the front of the cooling system features a smart thermostat trigger and fan speed control. The steel enclosure houses two dual-ball bearing blowers that pull heat out of the component and exhaust out the top. The dual ball bearings also allow this fan system to be mounted horizontally or vertically. Its low-profile design enables the unit to fit in tight spaces. Includes corded power adapter to plug the fan system through an outlet. Intelligent Programming There are three programming settings available which includes two temperature trigger modes. The fans can also be set to run continuously or be turned off. Four fan speeds are available for each active mode and will determine the speed at which the fans run when they are triggered. This ensures optimal airflow and noise levels for your application. Design and Construction Each system features dual-ball bearing fans rated at 67,000 hours and are certified by CE and RoHS. Fans contain a PWM-controlled motor used to minimize noise during speed variations and are suspended in mid-air with silicone mounts to absorb vibrations. A low-profile design allows the unit to fit in applications with a limited height clearance. Aluminum and steel construction enables additional components up to 30 pounds to be stacked on top.
