Love this laptop

The laptop is probably good; however, we can not get it up and running. I have talked with Microsoft, people at Amazon and several other people. I am at my wits end and havent touched the computer in I do not know how long. I would love to have someone help me get it up and going, but I do not know who. These people that work from home either have to hang up because a child needs attention or some other problem. Mean time the computer I have paid for sits on a counter.

I bought this one for a friend, she never had one, I told her to go online to learn how to use it, she loves it now.

Clear screen, fast connection…I love it; so much better than my expensive HP!

We’ve had this for 40 days and it won’t turn on!!

This is the second laptop in this brand that I have purchased. The first lasted 8 years and was still working but obsolete. I use a 2TB external drive with the new one. The combination works well.

Just received this today. Tried to load Debian 10, seemed to load ok but just got blinking cursor on boot. Decided to try Debian 11 (bullseye) with XFCE since Debian 11 will be released soon. Had to use the firmware version in order for wifi to work, no big deal. Booted fine and is QUITE FAST with stock ram of 4gb. Was going to order another 8gb, am not going to do that now, this thing is plenty fast. Note that I bought this as a chromebook replacement, as i am sick of googles nonsense and am slowly divesting myself of anything google. In that use case this was a HUGE win.

Purchased a few months ago, Charging port not working, can’t use computer at all!! ACER Won’t answer support line. Terrible service!! Now I have a big paper weight!!! ACER please help!

Computer good for price point. Highly disappointed with Amazon and not honoring monthly payments that we signed up for. After numerous calls and about 5 hours later, we were told we had to return computer and reorder. Buyer beware !

Didnt even know they made computers without disc drives, ridiculous.
