I like the fast start up and processing times. Works really well. Dont like the small storage space, will need to look into an upgrade. Dont like the Caps lock key that has no light on it. There is no way to tell if you have the Caps on or off. Maybe there is something broken.

I absolutely love my new laptop that I just received today. Its super fast and love how easy it was to setup! It also was a very reasonably priced laptop for my everyday needs. Super happy with this purchase and I would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone who is looking to buy!

Hello. I bought this laptop on Prime day so I only paid $289 for it. My intentions was to buy the laptop and upgrade the storage and ram since I knew from the start that the ram and NVME SSD will be lacking so I added a 512GB SSD and 8GB of ram to it and took the laptop out of Windows 10 S mode. It was pretty simple if you’re accustomed to taking apart laptops. The laptop itself is well worth it. I like having a good display and a backlit keyboard along with a sufficient amount of storage due to adding an SSD. I mainly use my laptop for storage, web browsing, playing emulators and streaming. I’m very satisfied with the laptop overall after I performed a few upgrades which I highly recommend if you own this laptop. It makes run much smoother.

Wow, I am impressed by this laptop. It has the best keyboard feel, display quality, and high-end look at this price point. This is a good choice IF you are ok with the small data storage space (or plan to upgrade).

Came with cracked screen, while box is okay.

I needed a low priced but capable laptop for an international trip. This one is great, thin and light yet powerful with good ergonomics.

Works fast .. bought a 4gb extra ram though...screen is alright , a bit washed out . Fingerprint and touchpad is flawless ..battery is good but not so much in performance mode, adapter get kinda hot

Speakers are a bit low

We have bought 3 of these acer aspire 5s in the last 2 years, replacing very slow hp laptops. The aspire boots up in about 10 aec even afer two years. Our old hps would take about 5 minutes and had too much blos5ware.

Sadly I cant give a clear review since it wouldnt even turn on when it arrived. Dont know who to blame but either way I guess this means a trip to best buy for another laptop.
