I am very happy with my new computer. ease of use & speed are great!!!

This is not a touch screen laptop and I dont do gaming. Its a great laptop for general everyday stuff. I highly reccomend it.

Out of the box the windows button and windows icon didnt work, which wont allow any functions to be used or allow the computer to be shut down or put to sleep. After hours on the help line with no results, was told they would send a software fix to arrive in 5-8 days or I could return it to be fixed at the factory. After 10 days waiting....no fix has arrived. VERY UNHAPPY.

First laptop iv bought in 12 years an the first with a AMD cpu very nice ,good amount of ports

It does everything i need and more. And all for a very good price.

I know a lot of people love this computer, and Im sure its great for them.

Great lightweight easy to use

This computer served me pretty well for about a year with only a few fairly minor issues--slow loading, occasionally wouldnt turn on, and every couple months the touchpad driver would uninstall itself literally sometimes while I was using the laptop--but it recently gave out pretty badly. The touchpad driver uninstalled again while I was using it, and all the methods Ive used to restore it in the past are completely failing now. Im coming to accept that my laptop just plain old doesnt have a touchpad anymore. On top of that, it keeps failing to reboot and gives up halfway through resetting, which isnt great. And I suppose this next bit doesnt speak much to the quality of the computer, but the warranty expired literally a week before all these issues started cropping up, which is sort of just salt in the wound.
