Loved this laptop, for what I use it, it has worked very well.

Right out of the box I was impressed by the sleek design and the sturdiness of the laptop. I would give it 5 stars however the computer needs some upgrades to stay relevant in 2021. First off having only 4 gigs of RAM is frustrating especially when running google chrome. The SSD is tiny and there is no hard drive. I am primarily a desktop user and the CPU seems weak to me but it handles most applications. Games are not going to run as a rule unless they are very low on the graphics side.

I enrolled in Amazon Luna and was able to play a lot of games on this laptop to my surprise, screen quality is not very good I got it to edit photos but the resolution on screen was to blurry compared to my iPhone where it was very clear and I could zoom in and still be clear. Good thing I had a high quality desktop screen that I could just hook up to the hdmi port to display on there, downside is off and on the display will lose connection every few minutes... even tried new hdmi cable still same issue I lose connection every few minutes. Most likely an issue with the hardware but I do not have the time to replace this one and re install all my data. Be sure to check all ports and buttons/ functions before using your new laptop.

Screen is great size and picture. Easy to set up

We’ve had this over two years and have had zero complaints. My husband doesn’t even use it cell phone guy. I use it to watch JW meetings on zoom sometimes, pay bills, watch recipe videos on YouTube, shop online, read jw.org very basic use but it’s acceptable for office functions and school or college.

I like it for its speed and memory. The only thing is that its not touch screen. It is.also enhanced by its sleek look and colour

I am a university student and this laptop works amazing for all my needs. I do a lot of research so there are usually tons of tabs open on my browser and this laptop allows me to easily navigate between tabs without freezing. Additionally, the backlit keyboard is amazing and the display is very clear and beautiful. I got a lot more that what I expected for the price. Highly recommend.
