Easy to set up, liked the keyboard. I added another 4 GB memory. Just a nice overall laptop.

Youre spending $350 for a laptop, so set your expectations accordingly. I saw one review that started I normally use a Macbook Pro . . . and commenced to compare a $1500 laptop to a $350 laptop.

Needed a new laptop for work to do pretty basic functions. Unfortunately, this is not the right computer for me. The Bluetooth connection is unstable which caused my headphones to constantly be connecting and reconnecting. Same with my Bluetooth keyboard. Tech support was unable to help. Secondly, the sound quality of the speakers is terrible. Even with headphones - awful. The laptop also doesn’t support Zoom virtual backgrounds (like blur) which is a huge inconvenience for me as well. Will return and get a better quality laptop.

Update: It is now February and I have found the camera works sufficiently well. I am, however, still baffled by the HDD upgrade. I showed it to a family member who has rebuilt computers and he said it would be very difficult to do and did not understand this choice either. I have been enjoying the size of this screen and the layout of the keyboard. I use the number pad more than I thought I would. All-in-all, I really enjoy this laptop.

The laptop is probably good; however, we can not get it up and running. I have talked with Microsoft, people at Amazon and several other people. I am at my wits end and havent touched the computer in I do not know how long. I would love to have someone help me get it up and going, but I do not know who. These people that work from home either have to hang up because a child needs attention or some other problem. Mean time the computer I have paid for sits on a counter.

Light and sleek design

Low cost. Good quality. Must get out of S mode (easy to do-just Googled it). Can’t give it 5 because it’s only 2 months old. Time will tell but good price point.

This is not a touch screen laptop and I dont do gaming. Its a great laptop for general everyday stuff. I highly reccomend it.
