> 3 dayLast years model literally died so I bought this as a replacement. June 21 2021. Time of death 3/7/22 8am. The diameter of the charging plug is much smaller than the previous model, and is designed very poorly. It wobbles and falls out with very little movement. Im not feeling confident that this is going to last but hate to return after finally migrating all my stuff. Hopefully a replacement cord is available because this one sucks. The replacement cord also FAILED and the laptop is dead LESS THAN A YEAR OF DATE OF MANUFACTURING. DO NOT BUY ACER PRODUCT EVER AGAIN.

> 3 dayPurchased Sept 2019 and I had to send this laptop back to Texas to the Acer company for repair as mine stopped charging completely in less than a year and I had to pay shipping although it was still under warranty. After less than 2 years the keys started failing and then it stopped turning on completely. Now it is dead in Nov 2021 and I am shopping for a new laptop, while my Toshiba from 2010 is still running.

> 3 dayIm left-handed and most new laptops with fingerprint readers are on the right side of the keyboard. I was pleasantly surprised to find this one had a reader on the left side of the trackpad. The backlight keyboard works great, it instantly comes on when you press a key, and then turns off with good timing. The processor is 4 core and to me, works great. I run SQL server locally to do some database work, but mostly use web-based apps to do graphic design, and build websites. I added extra ddr4 3200 ram to bring it to 20gb, but it runs at 2666mhz. The only bad part and a con are the speakers. Located at the bottom of the laptop, it doesnt get enough volume and I usually set to the top of the volume scale.

> 3 dayComputer good for price point. Highly disappointed with Amazon and not honoring monthly payments that we signed up for. After numerous calls and about 5 hours later, we were told we had to return computer and reorder. Buyer beware !

> 3 dayNot touchscreen as was advertised in the question and answer section. The graphics are so so. Worse than my last Acer. Overall 4 stars.
