The S version of windows means your apps need to go thru the Microsoft app gizmo. I cannot open commonplace non Microsoft apps. Buying this laptop was a mistake. I have excellent hearing but the volume is so soft I have to strain to listen to netflix. My last acer was2 ir 3 times louder. The speakers in this laptop are junk.

Just got it today, so far Im loving it, I am letting it update & then I am going to put it to the test. The over all look is Fantastic & I very much like the backlight keyboard, the finger print reader is awesome not having to log in everytime, it runs quiet & the screen clarity is Fantastic true 1080 HD, I am going to upgrade the Memory & Ram.....other than that I am very excited about my new Laptop

I would like to preface this by saying I had an 8 gb sodimm sitting around brand new. I bought it by accident.

Es rápida y versátil, no tiene pantalla táctil. Lo chévere es que se ilumina el teclado y ayuda mucho para escribir en la noche. La función Alexa es súper útil.

It’s a basic laptop with some good features but not more than that. Overall it’s a must buy if what something affordable for less than 400$

This computer served me pretty well for about a year with only a few fairly minor issues--slow loading, occasionally wouldnt turn on, and every couple months the touchpad driver would uninstall itself literally sometimes while I was using the laptop--but it recently gave out pretty badly. The touchpad driver uninstalled again while I was using it, and all the methods Ive used to restore it in the past are completely failing now. Im coming to accept that my laptop just plain old doesnt have a touchpad anymore. On top of that, it keeps failing to reboot and gives up halfway through resetting, which isnt great. And I suppose this next bit doesnt speak much to the quality of the computer, but the warranty expired literally a week before all these issues started cropping up, which is sort of just salt in the wound.
