> 3 dayThe S version of windows means your apps need to go thru the Microsoft app gizmo. I cannot open commonplace non Microsoft apps. Buying this laptop was a mistake. I have excellent hearing but the volume is so soft I have to strain to listen to netflix. My last acer was2 ir 3 times louder. The speakers in this laptop are junk.

> 3 dayEs rápida y versátil, no tiene pantalla táctil. Lo chévere es que se ilumina el teclado y ayuda mucho para escribir en la noche. La función Alexa es súper útil.

> 3 dayThis computer served me pretty well for about a year with only a few fairly minor issues--slow loading, occasionally wouldnt turn on, and every couple months the touchpad driver would uninstall itself literally sometimes while I was using the laptop--but it recently gave out pretty badly. The touchpad driver uninstalled again while I was using it, and all the methods Ive used to restore it in the past are completely failing now. Im coming to accept that my laptop just plain old doesnt have a touchpad anymore. On top of that, it keeps failing to reboot and gives up halfway through resetting, which isnt great. And I suppose this next bit doesnt speak much to the quality of the computer, but the warranty expired literally a week before all these issues started cropping up, which is sort of just salt in the wound.
