Sent this back! I couldnt get it to connect to my network. It wasnt packaged very well from the warehouse. It was moving around in the box when I received it. I sent it back with bubble wrap around it.

Do not buy. Screen went black after 3 minutes.

I regret buying this laptop. I wish I had returned it before the due date of last year. The system requires consistent OS updating and now the memory is full. It wouldnt allow me to delete any files b/c those files cant be deleted those are part of the upgrading OS files. Now its just a dead weight object. I might have to do a full recovery back to original format, but eventually the memory will be full again. They should make it 256GB instead, I would pay more had I known of this issue.

This laptop has exceeded my expectations! To be fair, I was only looking for something very light duty... Online banking, Amazon shopping, email, and maybe a document or two... along with surfing the internet. The battery life is outstanding, its clean, easy setup, easily upgradeable. EXACTLY what I was looking for. Very pleased! PS: Windows 10 S is very easy to get rid of, and I recommend you do that immediately if you want to be able to download and access what you wish... 0therwise youre locked out.

I bought this during the prime day sale and i must admit it is incredible. Videos are crisp and its perfect for my son for school.I like the fact that it can be upgraded

I really want to love this laptop. You got very nice display, good build quality, nice feeling keyboard. However, it is basically unusable without a ram upgrade. The 4gb ram can only get you so far (not really that far) I cant even use Facebook and listening to YouTube the same time without lagging. You can get a higher tier laptop if you factor in a 8gb ram you have to purchase to make it functional. I decided to return it because it is just too much work and money to buy additional RAM and SSD to make it works. It is a very pretty looking laptop though.

This laptop overall is the best I bought this for his light gaming and surprising it does have an AMD Ryzen 3 3350U which I think is better then a core i5 and it also had Radeon Vega 6 and when you get the laptop you should have 3.44 usable and is better than i expected other reason is the it gives you a software for the Radeon graphics which helps too. The laptop its self is really big and the backlit keyboard is five star it feels nice to type and the lighting is also good helps when using it in the dark. And the game play on here we added a other 4gb of ram but you should still be able to play games like, Roblox, Minecraft, and Asphalt 9 Legends.
