It doesnt have a touch screen, I dont do gaming. I am slowly getting used to it.

I like the keyboard design, the dependability and the portability.

Fast and simple setup, wifi connection strong and fast. Not overloading with shovelware, has a decent variety of utilities and software, most of which looks reasonable for the typical pc user.

This computer is only for the most basic of browsing if you dont mind seeing spinning wheels forever and delayed text typing that is so confusing. You can forget Zoom and other video calls. And it crashes several times a day. Dont do it.

I got this laptop as a supplement to the desktop I already own- essentially no gaming, only web browsing and office use. My favorite thing about this laptop was how easy it was to upgrade the memory and storage, as it was pretty underspeced on both fronts out of the box.

Easy to set up, liked the keyboard. I added another 4 GB memory. Just a nice overall laptop.

The computer is ok but it’s speaker is horrible.

Purchased Sept 2019 and I had to send this laptop back to Texas to the Acer company for repair as mine stopped charging completely in less than a year and I had to pay shipping although it was still under warranty. After less than 2 years the keys started failing and then it stopped turning on completely. Now it is dead in Nov 2021 and I am shopping for a new laptop, while my Toshiba from 2010 is still running.

Literally one day after the 30 day warranty, the laptop wouldnt turn on. Did all the troubleshooting and called their customer service and they did more but still doesnt work. They offer a long process of mailing it to their repair place in Texas.... not worth it

I only use this to read or watch material online and write Word or Excel documents. It works very well for what I need. I enjoy the added features such as the fingerprint scanner and backlit keyboard for dark settings. The keys are quiet enough to not disturb anyone during class. The image quality on this is fairly good and the battery surprisingly gets close to lasting the advertised time.
