Im incredibly disappointed with this computer. It didnt meet the expectations described in the reviews, so Im guessing I received something refurbished. It performs more slowly than cheap notebooks Ive spent $150 on. Simply tasks, such as using power point or word, lag horribly. This is not a product for people that are often in a hurry...

Lets start woth the shipping . It was Lightning fast ! 7 days from usa to my house in israel , shipings within israel usually take the same time !

I bought ACER September so i have had it approximately 2.6 years and now the speakers are busted. Really thought the $600 ACER would last longer than it has. I would not recommend an ACER laptop to anyone.

Cons - The laptop has a bit of flex to it. The keyboard is mushy with little tactile response.

The screen stopped working after 6 months. Thankfully I also purchased an extended warranty. It took a week to get fixed.

Ive had this laptop since September. Since then it shuts down about 4 -8 times PER DAY with the blue screen of death. Customer service was no help. You cant even hear them (this happened multiple times). The audacity to charge this price for something that doesnt work well. You are better off getting a Chrome Book - at least then it might not crash constantly.

I was very skeptical getting this. But I went ahead and ordered it and wow, its great. Please do yourself a favor and get this. Its a great all around computer. Good for teleworking, games, you name it. I recently added a 8 gb ram stick to it and boy!! This thing is untouchable. I love it, great purchase.

Battery life has been an issue since we have received it - lucky to get 2 hours of continuous (browsing) use before it needs to be recharged

I really have not used it much due to other projects but what I have done met my expectations. I had another ACER years ago in 2011 and am not sure why I got away from them. Well built and a quality product.
