The screen stopped working after 6 months. Thankfully I also purchased an extended warranty. It took a week to get fixed.

I bought this in order to begin a course in full stack computer programming. It boots up very quickly. The screen is very clear and true to color in my opinion. Im able to have multiple programs running at once with no issue.

This laptop keeps shutting down and powering off randomly every few days. It happens at least two times per week. I cant use this comfortably for school or work because I never know when its going to power off. That is my only grip that I have. Its a great PC otherwise. I would not recommend this model laptop to anyone.

Happy with the performance, but unfortunately it has always had issues with charging- at first I had to have the charger in a certain way in order for it to actually charge it, but now it won’t charge at all. Tried a new cord, didn’t make a difference. Even when it was working, there is no light or anything other than the actual to indicate when it was charging, so that was a big negative also.

Battery life has been an issue since we have received it - lucky to get 2 hours of continuous (browsing) use before it needs to be recharged

I needed a new laptop for my side hustle business in bookkeeping. I did a lot of research and had a tight budget and this fit the bill. Ive only had it a few months but so far so good!

It may be because I had the absolute worst computer before this, but this laptop feels life changing. I love it! It has a big, beautiful screen, the keyboard is very comfortable and satisfying to type on. Its big but light and thin. Very sleek looking. Runs well. I feel like I can finally start doing the projects and taking classes that I couldnt before because I couldnt stand more than 5 minutes on my old computer. This computer is great!

3 months into use and it crashes every hour or so. Blue screen of death. One of about 3 or 4 error messages shows up each time. Finally factory reset it because enough was enough. Still crashes. Bought it to home school my son.

I have wanted an ACER laptop for over 16 years, but never bought one because I was always able to purchase other used laptops for a fair price. Finally I decided to purchase a new Laptop, and I believe ACER is the BEST Bang for The Buck Laptop anyone can buy. I had a choice of either the equivalent (INTEL Processor) or the (AMD RYZEN 5) and Im thrilled I picked the AMD processor over the INTEL. I absolutely love this laptop. The performance is AMAZING! That AMD processor is second to NONE when it comes to its competitor. AAA+ Yes there are faster laptops out there then this particular model, but look at what you have to pay before you make a choice. This is The BEST BANG for your BUCK in Laptops in my opinion. As it stands to this day, I will NEVER again purchase anything else than an ACER.
