> 3 dayI bought it for school. Less than 6 MONTHS and issues with battery. It goes from 100% to 3% within 5 seconds and then shutdown. Closed background apps, updated, reset battery - didnt change anything. Even plugged in, there are pop-ups that the battery is low and shuts down. I will buy a new charger and battery and will update if that fixes the problem.

> 3 dayI have a macbook and am unable to download certain work related software, so I needed a windows laptop. This Acer 15 is perfect for my work. The optics are nice and crisp, fast speed, long lasting battery, light weight. The only drawback is when the fan motor comes on, it is a bit noisy, but only lasts for a couple of minutes. There is no touch screen, which was not important to me bc I have an ipad for those functions. I would recommend this laptop.

> 3 dayI needed a new laptop for my side hustle business in bookkeeping. I did a lot of research and had a tight budget and this fit the bill. Ive only had it a few months but so far so good!

> 3 dayI use this for school, work, and light gaming and have had no issues with it yet. I wish the speakers were just a tad louder but plug in some headphones or a speaker and youll be fine. Definitely worth checking this out rather than spending twice as much for barely any more computer.

> 3 dayThis laptop was purchased originally for school, but due to lockdowns and such was not used at all. The laptop was used quite literally 4-5 times simply to extend its PC display to a TV for guests. Thats it. It was never moved, dropped, disassembled, or anything still looks brand new, however the screen will not turn on at all and I even tried an external monitor. Its faulty and when I contacted Acer I was conveniently told that my machine is just out of warranty... So my option was to be left with a 600+$ paper weight or to send it in to them for diagnosis/repair which they estimated could 400-500++ $$... I understand sometime machines have problems but my goodness stay away from this and unless you have a lifetime warranty stay away from Acer products.

> 3 dayWe bought two in order to keep our high schoolers active on homework. With fairly light use they lasted about a year before the power port starting giving out and acting glitchy. The power is now very positional and gives out quickly as the ports are now loose. Id like to think it was just situational but both went out at the same time. We will have to start over with something with more quality parts. The computer themselves functioned well just cheap parts.
