The speakers were on the bottom of the laptop. I had to send it back. Other than that I absolutely fell in love with this computer

I bought this computer for my daughter to do online school, and it has been extremely unreliable. First, the charger constantly disconnects and reconnects and now does not charge at all. This computer loses the internet connection several times during my daughters remote classes (it does not happen when she uses my computer). I called Acer customer service, and I have to send my daughters computer to Texas to get it fixed, which will take about three weeks. They pay for shipping but do not provide any boxes or packing materials. They make it as inconvenient as possible. I bought an Acer for my daughter because I have one (bought in 2016) and it has been a great computer. The quality of Acer computers has decreased drastically. SAD!!!! Last Acer I purchase.

I was very skeptical getting this. But I went ahead and ordered it and wow, its great. Please do yourself a favor and get this. Its a great all around computer. Good for teleworking, games, you name it. I recently added a 8 gb ram stick to it and boy!! This thing is untouchable. I love it, great purchase.

Love this laptop! The back light comes in handy to see the keys. Easy to use and so lightweight.

Happy with the performance, but unfortunately it has always had issues with charging- at first I had to have the charger in a certain way in order for it to actually charge it, but now it won’t charge at all. Tried a new cord, didn’t make a difference. Even when it was working, there is no light or anything other than the actual to indicate when it was charging, so that was a big negative also.

I bought this laptop for my Dad since his old one was literally a piece of junk. Considering the price on this laptop, this is an excellent deal. So much better than the $300 or $400 budget laptops, right on par with my $1200 laptop I bought a couple years ago. I followed some other reviewers advice and bought the exact same RAM on ebay and installed it myself. Now my Dad can work on his laptop without complaining about how slow it is or calling me for tech support. Capable of lots of multitasking and browsing with no slowing in speed. Great deal!

Very fast and responsive, brilliant bright colors, fast start up and shutdown. Got this for spouse, she is totally thrilled with performance, speed. Only one con, no CD/DVD player burner, but i had a portable one plugs into USB port. Works great. 64 bit system so can go very high on memory DDR4, 8 gigs.

It lasted just over one year. Poor keyboard quality. Poor performance - can barely hit 30 fps on most basic games. Invest in a better quality computer

He estado usando la laptop por aproximadamente 4 meses y no he tenido ningún problema, ni de calentamiento ni que sea lenta ademas inicia en segundos(3-5). Sobre juegos solamente he jugado LOL en ella y funciona perfectamente.
