Its pretty good! I love the color that i choose and its truly HD! I almost like the whole package except the font its too tiny for my eyes that i still need to use my reading glasses! If theirs only way to adjust the font size it would be great!

Trying to use even an extremely simple Google Sheets document is laborious. The speed is glacial. Given the price I suppose I should have known what I was getting into, but Chromebook functionality is already extremely limited and to be all but unable to use one of Googles basic functions is unacceptable.

The Acer Chromebook 14 is perfect for the application we needed. It is easy to set up and ready to use. We needed a laptop just for looking things up on the internet and this one fits the bill. It holds a charge well and is very lightweight which allows for freedom of use. Sometimes I miss having Office to use but we have other computers for those tasks. This Chromebook does its intended job perfectly!

I researched every chromebook out there and it came down to either this or the Toshiba Chrombook, the reason I decided on the ACER is because my husband has an earlier model ACER laptop through his employer that works in excellent condition to this day. He swears that it is the best brand he has used. Ive had my chromebook for about 2 weeks now and I absolutely love it. When I updated my last laptop to Windows 10, that was the day my laptop stopped functioning correctly and it seemed like it took double the time for things to load. This chromebook is really sleek, lightweight, and charges quickly. The battery lasts forever and doing my online school work is a breeze, I have had no problems opening documents or editing and saving them. My teachers have had no complaints about the documents I have been submitting either.

Waste of money. Not that I thought I was getting high dollar computer for $300… However I figured it would do something… Terrible. Not worth $10.

This was purchased as a birthday present for my son. So far he likes it and no problems have come up. He has had it for over a week now so I am keeping my fingers crossed.

First time buying Acer. First time using a Chromebook. Love, love, love both! Highly recommend! I paid more to get the gold color and it was worth it. Exquisite and soft brushed gold color! So happy with this purchase!

Ive had mine for nearly three years now, the replacement for my old HP which had a catastrophic memory failure, and its still working just fine. It took a couple of tumbles onto a hardwood floor so the front left corner is kind of dented and the seams spread a little bit but its just cosmetic damage. Gotta love the aluminum case! For my money, its been a great choice. I do email, web browsing, spreadsheets and documents - with an occasional binge watch of Amazon videos. The video is plenty good and the audio is adequate (better with headphones). Im looking forward to a few more years serviceability before looking to replace it.

As of 7/28/2018 this laptop is going strong. We love it.
