The mouse pad(touch pad) right side doesnt work. Only can use left button. I think I got product that have problem.

This came for a Christmas present and the screen immediately was flickering and freezing. We called tech support and they completely blew it. They didnt even know what they were taking about. Then they said they would send a return ticket but so far they havent. Very very dissatisfied

Love this chrome book. Very sleek and stylish, and the battery lasts for so long. My only complaint is that is does run a little slower if you have multiple tabs open. There can be a lag. Great for the price though.

It was a great chromebook. I did not use it often, but it worked well when I did. I went to use it recently and it would not even turn on. I did all the steps to get it to turn on that I found online and to no avail. It is incredibly disappointing as it has not even been 1 year.
