Bought for my Mom and she is enjoying it.

6 months ago I bought this product. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Poor performance. Apps crash constantly. Seems like it’s about to die. Planned obsolescence or just an other Acer awful product? Save your money for a good product!

This laptop is ridiculous if you ever forget your password!!!!!! It wipes the whole computer!!!!! I homeschool my girls and most of their school work is saved on this thing and it completely wiped it because I forgot my password one time!!!!! I am so so angry!!!!!!

Its a great machine, works well, but the limitations of not being able to put anything on the hard drive, not being able to have Word or Adobe, is more than I bargained for. I had to buy a new cloud ready printer - to be able to print. I am so disappointed. NOTE, there is NOT a delete key and there is not a CAPS key. But there is a very useless search key in the place of the CAPS key. Not at all a good work machine. I am also disappointed to not be able to get the firefox browser - which is the preferred browser for my online program for scheduling. Wish I could give it back and get me another Dell.

After 3 months, the charger stopped working and I cant use my chromebook anymore. Such a waist of money.

This ha been my travel workhorse for 2 years.

My granddaughter uses it as needed for school; it does the job.

Great value

Love the metal casing and look. More importantly I appreciate the uncanny speed to boot up or wake up...and no more interruptions for updating Windows and such. Battery life is best I have ever seen. Use it all day. Charge it at night. Never has it run out of power while on battery. Security from virus and malware problems is very comforting. Being able to powerwash back to factory standards without losing any of my bookmarks and settings is a big plus. Adding a USB thumb drive to save files locally is a super convenience.
