Looks and feels like a Mac at a fraction of the price. Was also surprised at how fast it is. Definitely recommend this laptop.

(BAD) This is hands down the worst experience with a computer company I have ever had! I would never recommend to anyone. I have been in I.T., a DevOps and Software developer for 10 years, and have bought and sold hundreds of computers. Acers customer service is by far the worst. After reading many reviews about this laptop being DOA, I was sure to fully test this machine upon arrival, and checked it multiple times before wrapping it up as a present for my wife. Sure enough, Christmas Eve, the wife opens up her brand new laptop, and wouldnt you know it, the ENTIRE KEYBOARD was bad. Did a Chrome OS Power-wash, Hardware reset, Power cycle multiple times with and without the charger, but nothing worked. I even tried to attach a separate keyboard, but didnt have drivers for any keyboards. Sadly this is where things only got worse...

Its pretty good! I love the color that i choose and its truly HD! I almost like the whole package except the font its too tiny for my eyes that i still need to use my reading glasses! If theirs only way to adjust the font size it would be great!

This is a beautiful laptop. I have wanted a chromebook for a while but had to wait until my old computer died to justify the purchase. Both my daughters have chromebooks. The speed is incredible.

Excellent laptop which was delivered the next day. The speed is outstanding, for those buying to use the internet, store music, books and general files plenty of space. The second day I stored 5 music albums, a 65 page document .the system comes with 3 classic books already stored. Im not sure about how great the Google/ Chrome systems is. Perhaps I have to many years on I-pad and Microsoft and my 78 years are catching up.

Great quality for the price. We purchased this computer for my son as he is taking online classes. Its worked well for him so far

I relied on cheap budget (<$250) notebooks/netbooks all through college, so when I decided to get a dedicated couch laptop for just surfing the internet, I thought that I was completely splurging in getting this. I wasnt.

The aluminum gives it a noteworthy and beautiful finish. It does feel somewhat heavy for a 14 inch.

Its fast, easy to use, and unbelievably inexpensive. Also--its SO pretty. Highly recommend.
