First time buying Acer. First time using a Chromebook. Love, love, love both! Highly recommend! I paid more to get the gold color and it was worth it. Exquisite and soft brushed gold color! So happy with this purchase!

Gave to my husband as a gift. He is very happy with it. Turns on fast, picture quality is great.

Screen is horrendous. Battery life is not 12 hours ( more like 1 hr and a half). Guest services from acer are very rude and not helpful whatsoever.

Delighted with my Chromebook. IT is very easy to use.

This is a great work computer for basic usage. You get what you pay for.

I changed my review from 5 star to 1 star because 2.5 years after getting it, it quit updating. These have end of life dates that they do not tell you about!! I bought it November 29, 2019 and end of life massage came June 2022. So basically we got 2.5 years out of it before it stopped updating. These are cheap enough that I suppose they can be replaced every 5 years (which apparently is how long they are supposed to last), but if you get an old one (even if its still in the box!), the lifespan can be significantly shorter. I wouldnt buy one again without knowing the end of life date for the machine I am buying. I am super disappointed. :((

Works great.

This came for a Christmas present and the screen immediately was flickering and freezing. We called tech support and they completely blew it. They didnt even know what they were taking about. Then they said they would send a return ticket but so far they havent. Very very dissatisfied

Great picture, runs fast and I am very happy with this purchase. The battery life is not as good as my last chromebook but it was smaller and not as high quality screen, but I do get a good 8-10 hours without having to charge and that is while running multiple CRM programs or regular streaming.
