> 3 dayFirst off, I really love the 144hz. Its kinda hard to describe how much different a screen is when running at 144hz. Everything is much more real looking. When you drag a window its like dragging a sheet of paper. I also like the adjustability of these screens. They have up, down and forward and back tilt. Where things are not so good is if youre reading text on the screen. Its pretty fuzzy which I suppose is to be expected on a 1080p screen but its not just fuzzy blacks are kinda washed out against white screens. You can try to adjust this but if you fix the black on white problem that creates a problem with darker videos. In essence theyre cheap 144hz screens and it shows for detail work. However, having said that, games look glorious (assuming you can live with 1080p) so if thats your primary use these will rock out for you. Edit: Ive had these monitors quite some time now and I find that while its true the text isnt super sharp its plenty good for most purposes and never really gets in the way of working. Bumped it up to 4 star.

> 3 dayI returned this monitor after about three days. 144hz is great, but if you care enough to get that kind of refresh rate, youll care that this monitor makes it look bad. ---- As far as 144hz monitors go, this is about the cheapest you can get. And it shows. Youll see lots of reviews about how poor the color looks on this screen - and theyre right. Some of them, and other places on the internet, will tell you that this screen can be improved with manual color calibration. While thats *technically* true, it will never come close to any other monitor Ive had in terms of color range. No matter what settings or color profiles I installed, the colors always looked washed out. Im not a big videophile or anything like that, but I couldnt use this monitor with any other monitor I own because the difference was incredibly noticeable - and nauseating. After never worrying about colors on my other monitors, this was a stressful experience that I did not anticipate. Many LCD monitors advertise a precise viewing angle at which to view the screen. On this monitor, the viewing angle is SO small that the top and bottom of your screen will always look slightly off, and only the very middle will maintain the appropriate colors - or near to them, since the poor screen color problem still exists there. ---- I will say that I liked the stand - high range of motion, good angles, rotation great. However, its LARGE. The stand base is about a foot, in a circle, and it didnt fit comfortably on my desk. I had to move my keyboard farther forward to make room, and move my desk itself away from the wall to let it hang over a bit. This may not be a problem if you have a large desk, but just be aware.

> 3 dayThe monitor has 144hz which was my main goal for a monitor but this monitor is G-sync compatible not just a G-sync monitor. Functions exactly like it should but I wish it was advertised as G-sync compatible which is my only issue with this product.

> 3 dayThis monitor is my central of three and I love it! Its elevated my gaming experience ten fold and if someone is looking to get a budget monitor that can stream seamless video quality in over 144hz, this is probably the best pick on this website. THAT BEING SAID there is certainly an issue with longevity that I have seen in other reviews as well. For one, if you plan on using a Display Port cable for this monitor, BOY HOWDY to you because this monitor LOVES to die for no reason. I think its faulty manufacturing but the display ports just DIE on this monitor, I have only had mine for 6 months. Luckily, all you need to do is swap to an HDMI and you can get crystal clear picture again, but youre compromising on frames at that point which should not have to happen in the first place! All in all, I recommend this product for sure! Just keep an extra HDMI handy for when the inevitable happens.

> 3 dayI bought two monitors as I like playing games and keeping track of other things at the same time, such as YouTube videos, or Discord chat. Pros: Its 144Hz which makes things look very smooth. The stand is very adjustable, as advertised. The setup was pretty painless. Cons: The color temperature was a bit more yellow than I would like, no matter how much I tweaked the color settings, it always looked yellow. I also noticed a dead pixel after about 5 days of use. Viewing angles not particularly great. A minor nitpick but the power indicator LEDs on the bottom right of the screen feel just a tad too bright and they often catch my eye when playing games or doing work. For the price I dont think its bad, however I do intend to return the two I bought as theyre not quite what I need.

> 3 dayVery freaking smooth, Gsync works amazing on my card (1660 super, and 1650 super) but the display port issue is super annoying. For the people who look through the reviews as guidance, I will say that one of the most annoying things about this monitor is that some times if u leave ur pc to go get something for a min, and the monitor goes into power saving mode (where it turns off the screen until u move ur mouse) some times it won’t turn back on, it says no signal but the pc detects the monitor plugged in, I found the best solution to be, turning off everything, unplug the monitor, turn the switch off, turn ur pc off, and turn the switch off, unplug the pc and hold the power button on the pc and monitor for 5 seconds to flush the power, not at the same time though, then plug ur pc back in and turn the switch on and do the same for the monitor, then turn on ur pc, should fix but not all the time, this issue kind of goes away after a long time of use, anyways the monitor is freaking awesome, and it’s very smooth, if ur picky about quality, then try a better resolution.

> 3 dayThe first couple of weeks for this monitor was 4 stars. Decent picture quality that required a lot of settings tweaking to get looking right, 144hz was great compared to my old 60hz monitors and a good range of motion. However after a couple of weeks, I started seeing issues. About 50% of the time that my computer and both monitors went to sleep, the monitors would not wake up with the computer. I would get a No Signal message when using the Display Port. The only fix was force restarting my machine. A fix for this was turning off the monitors and flipping the power switch on the back off, but if I ever forgot to do this it had a chance of not waking up from sleep. The G-Sync on the monitor caused flickering when using it in games. The only fix was turning it off completely. About a week later, one of the two monitors started flickering whenever I would move my mouse. I didnt notice it while gaming, but most other apps would be clearly flickering slightly. At that point I just decided the headache of trying to troubleshoot this wasnt worth it and I returned them and replaced them with two ASUS VG248QG 24 165hz monitors. The price is almost the same and Ive had 0 issues with them as opposed to these. I really wanted to like these, but once the issues started it wasnt worth fixing them

> 3 dayI can forgive its colors as maybe too different to line up to what Im used to as somehow the oddball out of at least six monitors, two tablets, and four phones Ive used in the last eight years, but what really gets negative points are how it interacts with the operating system. In my experience, when other external monitors are off, the system still recognizes them as connected, and the monitor comes to life as soon as the computer is back on. This thing takes its sweet time turning on when the computer turns on or when its own power is turned back on. When off, it might as well be disconnected. That is, if turned off while the computer is on, Windows will shift all apps to my other monitor as though the cable has been removed. No other external monitor Ive used has this behavior. While these are mild nuisances in the grand scheme of things, why suffer when there are no notable positives and countless other monitor options out there?

> 3 dayId love to show the colors, but the monitor died today at less than 4 months. From what I remember: the colors are washed out and ugly; correcting them takes a bit of effort (and that doesnt guarantee youll ever get the colors right). Brightness is average, I guess. My Asus that was half the price of this looks so much better as far as colors go and brightness. The speakers are... complete garbage. If you like blasting sound out of Apple Earbuds (the ones that come for free with iPhones/iTouches), then these are for you cause thats what it sounds like. You absolutely need headphones or separate speakers for these. As a 144 Hz, it does its job and can go up to 144 Hz. Not much else to say there. My biggest issue is it is a load of crap and mine died within 4 months, and the only thing it did was sit on my desk. If it goes to sleep, it will be unable to receive signal from your PC and is pretty much dead. I managed to get it working again by powering it off, replugging the DP cable, etc., but it just decided to completely die today and wont get signal regardless what I do. Im looking to get it repaired so I can sell it off and buy a quality monitor. I guess I only have myself to blame for trying to cheap out on something as important as a monitor and buying this hunk of crap. As you can see in my picture, there is dust resting on the stand from how little I interacted with it physically. It did not break because I jostled it too much or anything of that sort; left alone it decided to just die. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit more to buy one from a more reputable and quality brand.

> 3 dayDecided to upgrade my display since Ive been rocking a couple 1080p 60Hz refurb panels for years. I was torn between getting a 1) 1080p ultra wide (60-100Hz), 2) 1440p 144Hz, or 3) 1080p 144Hz. I ended up with #3 obviously and man I can say I will NEVER go back to lower refresh rate gaming. Gaming at 60 Hz on my laptop screen is actually nauseating and feels clunky/disconnected. Gameplay in fast pace shooters (Apex Legends, BO4, BFV) is remarkably smoother and I have been performing noticeably better. The Freesync/GSync compatibility is great since Im not always able to hit 144fps on games with some settings cranked up. That was one reason I went with 1080p instead of 1440p. Im not a content creator but I do some photoshop edits and light room work and the color reproduction is fine in my opinion, I have experienced and seen better but this panel in no way limits me, but I dont think it aimed at professionals whatsoever. 10/10 would buy again.
