Great little laptop. Fast.

4.5 stars. Screen is plenty bright for indoors. I sometimes have to turn the brightness down. My only quibbles are I wish the speakers were louder and on occasion the screen turns black for a split second for no reason. Not sure whats causing that. But otherwise its great.

I’m not tech savvy and I was looking for a light weight

I was excited to purchase this light weight laptop on Prime day. It delivered, box in good shape, and when I turned it one the screen stayed dark. Keys lit up, the disembodied set up guide voice started asking me questions, screen was still dark. If I pressed enter after the question, the voice would ask me another. Which lead me to believe I should have been seeing options on my screen.

First and foremost, its not terrible. This laptop is super fast and snappy. I love the keyboard. The screen, for being 14 is bright and clear. My one and only complaint, and its worthy, is the mouse. I absolutely hate it. Its large, and meant to be able to do multiple actions, but it is confusing and ends up doing actions you dont intend. It picks up on heat from your hands and is constantly doing things I dont want it to. So you have to type awkwardly. Did I say I hate it? Because it has caused me so many issues with highlighting/moving things when not intended. It should have been made smaller or more simple to avoid these type of issues. So I went and bought a $10 mouse to plug in. Also, as advertised, the battery life and charge time is very impressive. Its not all bad, but for daily activities I cant stress how much the mouse hinders the most normal operations.

this is the first impression of the laptop. works great, the screen is pretty good, love the finger print scanner, the speakers is a little quiet, so sometimes a Bluetooth speaker would be handy.

A 8GB laptop that you cant upgrade? This laptop shouldnt even be sold. The laptop seems nice until you start loading software on it, then, very quickly, it becomes unusable. Find a laptop that you can upgrade, dont waste your money on this thing.
