Just replaced my old ACER this one works great .

After less than half a year of use, the computer frequently freezes, the screen cannot be dimmed any longer(not even through windows), and the sound from the speaker now sounds awful. What a shame since I was a huge fan of this computer in the first 4 months.

Excellent laptop for the price. I bought this for my wife and i was shocked at the cpu performance. This amd processor kicks intels butt. I have a x1 carbon 8th gen intel i7 but this is 4700U Ryzen is so much faster than my more expensive laptop. Great buy would highly recommend it.

I’m not a computer-literate person by any means, but I was tired of buying cheap wal mart laptops that work properly for about a week before bogging down completely and holding a charge for 15 minutes.. this computer is incredibly responsive (if that is a thing with computers) and the battery lasts forever. Overall quality seems great and it’s not bulky at all. Works great for my needs. Backlit keyboard is nice too.

I have not owned an Acer laptop before, but impressed with the well built machine. It does not flex when grabbed at the palm area with one hand. The display is large and has a narrow bezel. I found the power adapter plug flimsy and worry its easy to break off accidentally.

Was extremely happy with this laptop when I got it. Worked perfectly fine up until 2 weeks ago. For some reason, (after I’ve had the laptop for 4 months) the speaker started to sound like it was going out, the HDMI port stopped working, and the laptop itself started freezing. Apparently (according to some of the 1 star reviews on this product) others have had similar problems with this laptop. Contacted the manufacturer so hopefully these issues can be fixed. Extremely disappointed.

Petit ordinateur qui marche très bien. Aucun problème au niveau de la Ram. Assez puissant pour un ordinateur de ce format (13.5 po)

Battery life is good. Computer is super fast. Brightness could be better but lots for me. Speaker is pretty quiet but for the budget its a fantastic and quick machine.

Everything good except Window 10.

Liked most features and excellent performance, however Windows 10 upgrade limitation and lack of Ethernet port kept rating to only 4 stars.
