So after owning it for 5 months now I have a good idea on how good it it and it’s okay for gaming the graphics card isn’t the best and any time you wanna play games for along period of time it starts to over heat cause the vents are in the bottom of the computer and sometimes it just doesn’t work and I’ll get the blue screen of dead but it always resets after awhile and boots back up while for gaming it isn’t that good for every day work it’s really good and is fast but if your looking to edit on this computer it won’t be good as every time I try it has difficulty to do so, but you can stream on it but it will heat up a lot

this worked for a few months but now is so glitchy, cannot work on assignment with a deadline since it freezes up. I’m using it for simple excel spreadsheets and not gaming or photos or music or presentations…

Bought 2 of these for my children for remote learning this year. Both laptops arrived DEFECTIVE. The webcam did not work on one and the touchpad did not work on the other. I attempted to resolve this with technical support but they were UNABLE TO FIX the issues and said to either ship them to the manufacturer for warranty repair or return them. Naturally I returned them. No one wants a refurbished product at brand new cost. Now Amazon has received both laptops according to UPS and their customer reps but still has not issued a refund to me. They said it could take up to 3 WEEKS FOR A REFUND. This has been my WORST Amazon experience yet!

I’m very happy with this purchase. It’s powerful, loads fast, and it can handle all my multitasking without slowdowns. It’s also really light and compact, despite being a solid metal construction. Battery life seems ok. If you’re on the fence, I say you won’t regret buying this.

This little gem is really nice for the price point. Im very pleased with this purchase and really surprised how well it plays some graphic intensive games even though it wasnt purchased for this purpose. No regrets!

A 8GB laptop that you cant upgrade? This laptop shouldnt even be sold. The laptop seems nice until you start loading software on it, then, very quickly, it becomes unusable. Find a laptop that you can upgrade, dont waste your money on this thing.

This computer was great until the 1 year warranty expired and now Im having issues with the screen freezing, videos playing on a delay, and the speakers. For the cost, I expected more.
