Bought this laptop as replacement for our old one. Very fast. Very nice.

responsive. light weight compact and easy to use.. Arrived in perfect condition. Have no issue with the delete function near the power button. Overall good laptop with nice specs for home and business use.

Bought 2 of these for my children for remote learning this year. Both laptops arrived DEFECTIVE. The webcam did not work on one and the touchpad did not work on the other. I attempted to resolve this with technical support but they were UNABLE TO FIX the issues and said to either ship them to the manufacturer for warranty repair or return them. Naturally I returned them. No one wants a refurbished product at brand new cost. Now Amazon has received both laptops according to UPS and their customer reps but still has not issued a refund to me. They said it could take up to 3 WEEKS FOR A REFUND. This has been my WORST Amazon experience yet!

I bought this Acer Laptop because I had owned an Acer before and hoped it would be of the same or better quality as I was happy with the older laptop. Unfortunately, their laptop quality has deteriorated, and so has their tech support. After receiving my laptop, I tried to upload MS Office and other software onto the system. Still, almost every week, this system would give me some problem or the other. Finally, I gave up and called tech support. After spending close to 2 hours with the tech support and following all the usual ways to fix the problem, the support tech asked me to ship the product for repairs. I spend close to $50 (which included insurance) to ship the laptop.

Its a solid laptop - great processor, light weight, good resolution. I do wish the sound could go louder and the screen brightness had a bigger range. Small issues and would still 100% recommend since I bought it for less than $700.

I have had less than a year and it does not work! This computer will not turn on consistently, shuts off in the middle of working, and freezes frequently.

Quite happy with the purchase and felt its good value for money. Its a decent mobile laptop for everyday tasks and light CAD and graphics as well. only that the RAm couldnt be upgraded, wish there was a 16GB option. also the storage is limited. This laptop is highly recommended for any office task and extremely happy with the weight. the only downside is the backlight keyboard needs improvement. the webcam is decent and good for the purpose. Though it plastic shell, its well built.

I dont mind the display being the sacrificial lamb, but everything else is worth the value. Definitely a good laptop for a consultant like me. Light weight, fast, and performance powerhouse for the octa core.
