I find this laptops screen brightness completely fine and even good at any setting short of direct sunlight on the screen. Most times I cant have it on full brightness because itll be too bright, even in a lit office.

I bought all 3 of my kids this same laptops for their school work a year ago. The A key on 2 of the 3 keyboards broke off within the past 2 months. The metal hook that attaches key to the base was worn off/broken so the only way to fix it is to replace the whole keyboard.

If youre on the fence on whether this laptop will meet your demands, Im here to tell you that it works great, the screen is bright enough for my use and the quality of the picture compares to my 200$ monitor. Its sleek profile reminds me of my MacBook air and it is also lightweight!

The laptop would constantly freeze up! Tried deleting all unnecessary programs that came on it, put it on lowest performance setting, and even bought a cooling pad for it to sit on. No luck. Impossible to use laptop that keeps freezing. Then the seller BESTRY refunded it but charged me an $85 restocking fee even though their product was defective and unusable! Dont but this computer or from the seller BESTRY!

I absolutely love this computer. As a bit of a techie, it has all the right specs to keep me happy. Loads in seconds and handles multiple windows like a breeze. Definitely recommend.

After a disappointing experience with my last Windows laptop, I was sold on Chromebooks because you could be online and working nearly instantly. But I got to a point where I really needed a bit more computing power, so I went shopping again. The reviews really sold me on this laptop, and it doesnt disappoint.

Its a solid laptop - great processor, light weight, good resolution. I do wish the sound could go louder and the screen brightness had a bigger range. Small issues and would still 100% recommend since I bought it for less than $700.
