Doesnt break the tips of the colored pencils when sharpened. It has 2 settings. One for a sharp point and one for a dull point. Love it!!!

After 3 days in a middle school classroom, this sharpener is doing great! I bought it primarily because nothing I have works to sharpen colored pencils. This one does! Ive only had 1 jam after about 100 sharpenings - super easy to remove. Teachers - this is the one to buy.

I took forever to decide on a pencil sharpener I watched YouTube videos and read online reviews. I decided on this one because of the reviews, the small footprint and nice color. I am very happy with it so far I’m totally glad I picked this one I will take advice that I’ve heard over and over again to sharpen a graphite pencil in between every five or six colored pencils - that seems to be a big key to keeping sharpeners lasting a good long time when you’re using them for colored pencils. I also love that this is big enough to handle my Derwent, Caran d’Ache – and other large art pencils.

I’ve never used a better pencil sharpener than this one! Not ever! I sharpens different sizes, plus colored pencils! It also doesn’t eat the lead like most of them do! Good investment!

This is the solution to a pencil artists question where can I find a good pencil sharpener that works for all of my different size pencils? This unit is well made great looking and very easy to use. I love it and am getting a black one with a rechargeable eraser. AFMAT rules!
