This sharpener has two settings for pencils-an extra fine point and a regular point. The extra fine point is great for filling in my teacher lesson plans. This device is easy to operate and easy to clean.

This one works well. Cheaped out on previous one and trashed it. Nice sharp point or blunt point automatically. Worth the few extra dollars. I did a lot of looking.

Buy it! Totally worth the money. Super easy to use, fast to super sharp pencil, perfect point every time. Fast shipping. Price is competitive ( I know it’s pricey for a sharpener but if you’ve got kids in school it’s worth every penny) we sharpened regular pencils, art pencils, color pencils even fat preschool pencils. I Love that it’s electric, battery powered ones aren’t as strong & the batteries constantly need to be replaced.

Homeschooling mom of of 3 here! Before I switched to this, we were using a hand cranked pencil sharpener. It was shaped like a train. I thought it was cute. My kids broke it. 3 children under 10 years old have been using this one almost daily for the last year to sharpen various sized pencils and colored pencils. Guys, It is still going strong! We have not had one problem with it. It’s easy to empty. So quick to use. Do yourself a favor and just buy it!
