Greater than one weekThe nuts and bolts are horrid. Not sure how this is supposed to hold 200 points when it can’t even hold itself together. Shame on the manufacturer. Returning it within 4 hours of receiving it & looking for a new one

> 3 dayThe A/C support bracket seemed to be sturdy and well made. The double bracket could easily hold up the weight of a fairly large AC. The design seems pretty well thought out and could work in many different applications where a support bracket it required. That one caveat that I mentioned in the title is that It didnt work out with the type of vinyl siding on our house, so we had to return it. However, I cant really say its a fault in the design of the bracket. Our house has large, thick vinyl siding panels that imitate the look of wooden shingles. They are very flexible and stick out from the side of the house quite a bit. Ill include a picture below. While I was setting up the support bracket, I mounted it to the window and rested the rubber feet up against the house. When applying some weight, I noticed that the feet were pressing on the siding a great deal, causing it to flex inward. I was afraid that it might crack the siding over time from bearing the weight of the AC. Also, the vinyl siding is very flexible and springy, so the support feet didnt really have any available surface for which to be firmly planted against. So, Like I was saying, the bracket is solid and will work for a variety of applications, but if you have siding like we do on our house, it might not work out for you.

> 3 dayOne of the hardest things I have put together. Instructions were not clear (noted, I received different instructions from someone else’s photo…mine was missing half the labels and had an awful description of which nuts and bolts to use). It’s definitely sturdy, but no more sturdy than a regular bracket. I don’t understand why these are more than double a good regular bracket. But I paid because I didn’t want to drill and there were zero cheaper options.

> 3 dayWe bought this for a larger air conditioner and it sat around past its return time due to the fact our air conditioner was first lost and then the replacement was damaged so by the time we went to use this we found that it was missing a part. It was past the return but amazon refunded us anyway and we sent it back. Seemed like it would be pretty heavy-duty and sturdy. Assembly looked to be a little more involved than I thought but who knows?? It may have been easy if all the parts were there.

> 3 dayAfter struggling with the limited instructions to assemble, the stand was plenty strong for my A/C. Id be quicker to recommend this if they included step by step instructions and better small parts I.D. I had to use two 2×4s nailed together to shim the stand but I felt confident when my friend and I lifted the rather heavy (81 lbs.) unit onto it.

Greater than one weekThis bracket is good. Easy to assemble and install. But, it left a large gap under the air conditioner that had to be filled with a 2 x 3 and 2 1/4 x 2 1/4 air conditioner foam.

> 3 dayDirections to horrendous and there’s only one video online and it’s not much better. The design isn’t very good because it’s not clear how to set it up. I still haven’t figured it out

> 3 dayIf your air conditioner has a bar or feet on the bottom, or the bottom of your unit isnt completely flat, this bracket will not work with your air conditioner. Alpine Hardware was very responsive with their support so I cannot complain about that.

> 3 dayThis seems pretty sturdy now that it is installed. But, 2 of the screws snapped in half while installing. My husband traded out the screws that came with it for deck screws and at this point, every thing seems good.
