> 3 dayThe brackets are sturdy-ish, and the hardware isnt the highest grade. But what can you expect for this price? For what it is, it does the job and does it well. Although, install was a little bit confusing due to the poorly translated instructions. I mean, you shouldnt really need to rely on the assembly directions 100% because most can look at it and see whats going on. But I found myself scratching my head a few times after reading the instructions and trying to interpret what it is exactly they want me to do. To mount to the sill, I had to utilize my own hardware, because the provided hardware stripped out (big Phillips head screws for securing to sill plate) after one attempt to drive it into a pre-drilled hole. So, to sum up; -good brackets -not so good hardware -unclear instructions -reletively easy to install despite instructions -sturdy -versitile (comes with adapters to help install over larger sills) If you use your own hardware (to mount to sill only, assembly hardware is OK) then youll be happy with this product. They just need to throw in 2 different sill mounting screws that are a different type of drive (think Allen or Star bit; something less suseptable to stripping) then this will be a 100% solid kit.

> 3 dayInstructions/Video needs to be redone. I struggled to get the nuts on in the cramped space in the order the video gave until I changed the order in which I put things together. It tells you to put the arms then take it apart again THEN measure then redo all of the steps. So it was very frustrating to struggle to put it together only to have to take it apart. Other than that it works great!

> 3 dayIn short, this wont fit windows with an outside ledge that extends farther out than the rest of the exterior. It seems that an exact angle is needed between the two arms to provide support, and the window ledge prevented that from happening. The rubber pad wanted to rest exactly on the bottom of the ledge and couldnt get any support without immediately falling. I live in a century-old brick building where each window has a stone ledge that extends out about three inches on the outside, and it about 4 inches high. No matter how I positioned this bracket I could not get the rubber pad to rest properly on the building. I repositioned and re-drilled three times but no amount of adjusting would let the rubber pad sit properly. All my measurements were correct from the listing and the directions, however because of the ledge none of the holes on the horizontal part of the bracket would allow me to mount it properly. It seemed that I needed the horizontal arm to be a little longer with one more mounting hole for me to be successful. The bottom arm has a metal piece at the top that juts out and that prevented me from using any of the holes. I assume this is because it needs a certain angle to provide support, however none of the angles or holes worked for me. Three stars because it seems like a really quality product, but I feel like ledges are fairly common and I expected this to have no issue. ---------------------- A tip for everyone: Also they have a YouTube video with installation instructions that is worlds better than the included directions.

> 3 dayBought 2 of these products to support 2 - 10K Frigidaire Window A/Cs. They are constructed quite well and are very strong. Each of my A/C units weigh approx 115 lbs. Once setup correctly, these supports not only fit nearly perfect n my windows, but also support the units quite easily! While the feet set against the vinyl siding and proper 5-8 deg (for water drainage) is noticeable. You may have a few gaps to fill, but that can be accomplished quite easily. I use 1/2 Styrofoam Pipe wrap and cut to fit. No complaints and the units have been running without incident for a month.

> 3 dayWe don’t assemble stuff very often so this took us a while. We used the written directions along with the online video. You need both. The first step where you attach the brackets is misleading because you should anticipate that they will need to be unscrewed and repositioned to get the angle right. That takes time and tinkering to figure out where they should go. But once you get it right this is a nice piece of engineering. Tension holds it in place and creates a sturdy shelf for the air conditioner. But also be prepared for a big gap at the bottom. It needed to be stuffed with 2x1 inch foam (the black part in the picture). We also used side panels to help cover the sides and to stuff any smaller gaps. Once it is put together we won’t have to do it again and installing the air conditioner in the future will be a breeze (pun intended).

> 3 dayToo many precise adjustments and configurations to be done. Its not an easy setup. After all is done you then have to figure out the size and fitting of the the sidewalls of the window to have the window closed/shut from the sides of the AC machine.

> 3 dayExactly what I wanted. I didnt want to drill holes in the siding but needed a window unit for my garage. It holds a 12000btu unit very well. It is capable of holding even a larger unit. Most importantly NO HOLES!

> 3 dayI bought and used it now because it is only option for non drill required air conditioner supporter. It is very sturdy but when I received it its ends were alreday chipped off of paint. It is fine because it would be installed outside and no one look at it. However it has three major defects: First of all. when you assemble, it uses bolt and nut but its size is not really fit so witout tool you cant do it. Second, the hand is too short so even it is supporter but not really wors. It is supposed to tilt around a couple of degree so the water comes out in the end of air conditioner but the handle is too short so it tiles almost like 15 degree. I felt the air conditioner sliped down from the supporter so I bought extra panel to found its hands. The last is it basically did not care about install under air conditioner. So, when you install the air conditioner there is huge gap between the air conditioner and supporter. I also needs to buy extra foam to block this gap.

Greater than one weekFrom what I can see, the materials used in this project seem sturdy and durable enough to withstand the elements in the long run. However, accessing and aligning screws and nuts in certain areas can be challenging due to design flaws. Additionally, the instructions only provide a generic list of necessary tools such as wrenches and sockets without specifying the required size. This, along with the inadequate design, can result in wasted time and effort when constructing what should have been a relatively simple device.

> 3 dayThe thing you got to know before puchasing is what ac you get and try picture how its going to sit on this unit its completely flat. Make sure your ac is also flat on the bottom, wise your going to need to add with this like wood or something like that. Mine wasnt obviously.
