I purchased this screen protector after initially getting the Hori Premium one… the Hori one was a mess and I was doubtful other companies would do better than one officially sponsored by Nintendo, plus I hadn’t tried a tempered glass solution before. In the past I’ve been very trusting of Hori with other Nintendo products and less so towards brands Ive never used, or heard of in this case. I’m happy to say I was pleasantly surprised by amFilm’s offering. While the Hori one, which had bubbled and peeled while docked, was useless, this one worked flawlessly. Even though it comes with 2 tempered glass protectors, you probably wont need both as the first one worked like a charm… not that it hurts to have the second just in case. Ive had it for about a week now and there is no bubbling, peeling, or any issues while docked or undocked. Installation was a breeze and came with more tools than most people will probably need. It has wet wipes, dry wipes, a cardboard squeegee, a microfiber cloth, and even tape if you want to install it using a hinge method. I did use the aforementioned hinge method and the tape provided did not leave any residue. I will say I waited 2 hours after putting the screen protector on before putting the Switch in the dock, just in case the adhesive needed time to settle. Whether or not that contributed to the problem free installation, I have no idea. After a week of heavy use (2-6 hours a day docked and undocked), I can say I’m very happy with the product, price, packaging, and performance!

Let me start off by saying I SUCK at putting on protectors on screens. I can follow the instructions to the letter and then some and STILL mess it up, my luck is just THAT bad. Now with that out of the way, THIS IS AMAZING. I followed the instructions, from cleaning, to using it in the bathroom after some hot water to remove any airborne dust. It came out just perfect on the first shot! Now, even with all the care I was doing, I STILL got a dog hair under one side, so before the final presses I carefully pulled it back up and took the hair out, and still a perfect seal! I love that you get two, it made me feel a bit more safe, in case I really did mess it up. This kit has EVERYTHING you need to get this on clean and perfect the first time. Now I can finally take my Switch with me when I go out, without fear of someone looking at it and tada a scratch. In the pictures I attached you can see it does have everything you could need, (even a link to a video showing you) and the second, perfect <3

I finally had need to install the second included protector from my purchase back in 2017. My little one dropped his switch console and.... Oh no ! The screen got cracked or so we thought. Closer inspection reminded me that it was only the long forgotten screen protector which did its job admirably & took the damage. After carefully peeling away remnants of old one, I cleaned the screen to apply the fresh glass protector on it. While I had expected it would be a bit tedious, I was happily pleased it was in fact very simple. . I had forgotten how super easy it was to install No air bubbles, no drama, headache free. For its ease of application , I totally recommend this glass type screen protector over any plastic one.

If you follow the directions this product is very easy to put on! It seems to be great quality and I am very pleased to see it has a lifetime warranty! Would definitely recommend

So this is actually the second time I‘ve purchased this product. The first time around I needed to put on my boys brand new switches. They went on great. The protector is thicker than most so you more or less place the film on and its adheres by itself. When one of my boys dropped a cup the edge hit the screen and wrecked the protector cracking it. The screen was in pristine shape and absolutely flawless. I ordered another set and went for install. I had some issues and wasn’t able to get the dirt off the film and the install was shot. I followed their registry instructions and within minutes they emailed my back, by an actual human, and offered to send me a replacement set for install. I kid you not 2 days later the replacements arrived and the install was perfect. For any of my screen protection needs these guys have my business for life.

These screen protectors are excellent. They do their job of protecting the fragile plastic screen of the Switch, which wasnt very surprising to me. What was surprising, however, was the customer service I received. I recently bought a new Switch one year after my original, and since the protector came with a two pack I figured Id use the second one. Unfortunately, that second screen came cracked. It likely was delivered that way, but theres no way of knowing as it was in a drawer for a year. Either way, I contacted the company about a replacement fully expecting they would review my order number, see that it was from one year prior, and say it was out of any type of warranty date. To my surprise, the company responded and sent me a brand new two pack a few days later. So while the product is great, its really nice to know its made by a reliable company.

This screen protector was super simple to apply and makes the screen just seem nice and until it saves my switch I wont know how well that aspect of it works. Installation was super easy as I said. A trick I found online really helped. You put two pieces of tape on the edges of the screen and the switch before peeling off the backing and youve placed it exactly where you want it so it acts as a sort of precise hinge so it always falls where you had it. After you have it where you want it, peel off the back and then stick it on in one go eliminating bubbles as you place it. Very effective trick, google screen protector tape trick if my explanation was bad. Anyways so far Ive only had it a few days and I havent dropped my Switch or anything and its worked well, however as you can see in the pictures, after I placed it in the dock, the bottom part started peeling up slightly. Im not sure if this is simply due to the dock or in combination of the dock with the dockable Mumba Blade case Im using which is very tight in the dock. I knocked off one star because of the issue, but it really is a marginal issue since otherwise it works as advertised and it makes your screen super nice looking (and very reflective). TL;DR Get this if you want insurance or if you want to make your screen seem nicer. It works well and installation is easy. Doesnt work flawlessly with every case and the dock, but in my opinion the issues are minimal to non-existent.

My friends who have switches have regular Screen Protectors and after they saw mine, they were impressed by the quality of the Tempered Glass. Fit to Switch: Perfect fit, I have the Pokemon Lets Go Switch, but it lines up with the normal Switch as well (my friend requested my spare one after seeing the quality of mine.) Installation: [Mind you, this was my first ever screen protector installation, I normally have the electronics experts at the store do it for me] The Instructions were easy to follow: -Clean the Switch with provided wipes (one wet, one dry) -Line-up the screen protector -Peel back the protective adhesive guard (very easy to do while lining everything up) -Place it on the screen and scrub away the air bubbles with the provided cardboard scraper. *Note if you have a few air bubbles, you can scrape pretty vigorously with the cardboard card and it doesnt damage the screen (that I could see.) Also, my cardboard card was pretty dead after a few passes at the air bubbles (if the product creator wouldnt mind adding 2-3 of those little cards that would be my only recommendation* Product Registration: Quick & Simple and has a warranty (didnt read the fine print yet.) Would recommend for any Switch owner or as a gift.

Great screen protector for the nintendo switch. It fits perfectly on the nintendo switch. It came with clear how to instructions for placement. Came with cleaning cloths, one wet and one dry to clean your screen before hand. It also came with two screen protectors in case you need a replacement. I didnt need another one so I gave the other to my friends switch. Only problem though is that you need to be extra careful when placing your screen protector. If you have OCD like me and want to get it right with no imperfections then youre gonna have a hard time. I recommend removing the joy con controllers so they wont get in the way when placing the protector. I didnt do that my first time and I had to take off the protector and do it right the second time. I still ended up with two small minor bubbles on the edge of one side of the screen. I took the controllers off when placing my friends protector and it was easier to place it that time. In fact his was better and more perfect than mine with no edge bubbles.
