Greater than one weekThis rod can throw sparks for days. I used it one time, and it was easy to hold in the hand with plenty of metal to last a long time. The sparks thrown was big and there was plenty of them. Thank you.

10-06-2025This thing is a beast! 6 inches long and 1/2 inch in diameter. Exactly as described and faster than normal shipping. Will start thousands of fires during its lifetime. I would buy again!

> 3 dayIf youre in search of a pretty good ferrocerium rod for its price point, this is the winner. The length of this ferro rod it robust and feels great in your hands. It throws sparks well, and of course the better once the coating has been removed. Lastly, the paracord lanyard is Highly recommended!

> 3 dayIt definitely one of my best buys ever! Measurements are pretty spot on, give or take a millimeter. Works great, Started a fire with it the same day I got it. The cording seems solid and the striker that came with it seems fairly solid. Cant complain at all. Super happy with this product. Might have to grab a 2nd one soon here for my other bag.
