> 24 hourIve been wanting a steam cleaner for weeks now, and after I finally settled on this model (following loads of scouring the web), I was so excited when it arrived earlier this week! I mainly wanted it to make life easier when cleaning the shower/bathtub, so thats the first thing I tried it on. Set-up was a breeze; I found the unit very easy to fill, and it is also very easy to switch out the attachments (but maybe too easy, as I accidentally twisted one of them off during use in trying to get the right angle). As I began work on the shower, I did appreciate how easily it loosened up the grime but quickly saw the drawbacks to this product as well. #1, the pad gets too wet too quickly, especially when youre using the higher steam setting. #2, the unit shows its weight when youre cleaning vertical surfaces. #3, the attachments cant pivot, and in combination with the size of the unit, I wasnt able to get all the way to the bottom of my shower door before it hit the floor. I would have had to turn the unit upside down, which Im assuming isnt a great idea. #4, the level of steam was fairly inconsistent. All in all, I would say mission accomplished in that I didnt have to put in as much elbow grease to get my shower clean, but the process actually seemed to take longer because the brush attachments are so small. Where the unit did well was in the cracks and crevasses, for which I used the grout attachment. It was able to get rid of dirt that Id never be able to touch by hand. I have yet to tackle a floor surface, but thus far, Id say jurys still out on whether its worth the $130 investment. Final verdict: The first run this Bissell had here was also its last. The drawbacks I outlined initially were too much for me to look past, especially the steam being inconsistent. I returned the item for a refund.

> 24 hourThe steamer is amazing. I just got it but we have used it to clean so many things. Both bathroom floors. Both showers in our bathrooms look brand new. I had a spill in my oven and used the steamer to get the burned on grease off. Did not even have to use the clean cycle that is in my oven. It has so many attachments. Something for everything. It is such great quality, just what you would expect from Bissell. Love the fact that it is hand held and then to do floors just put it on the pole. Came with its own carrier that we hung in the closet. So convenient. The cord is extra long. The pads used to clean floors are great. I just throw them in the washer when we are finished. Knowing that it kills 99% of germs and bacteria is wonderful. Definitely happy with the steamer.

> 24 hourI have a large family room, all tile that I wanted to clean the grout. We moved here 6 months ago and have 3 dogs...so the grout was dirty, but like I said new as of 6 months ago. Within 45 minutes I blew through the grout cleaner brush. The bristles bent down to a nub. I was trying not to scrub too hard, let the steam do the work. Same thing with the green round brush. I used that for about an hour and it was gone too. It took me about 2.5 hours to do 800 square feet of tile. Another thing that was annoying (I think all steamers must be like this) is that since the water needs to heat up, you get about 30 - 45 seconds of steam, then you have to wait about 20 -30 seconds for the steam to build up again. So you cant just continually clean. We bought all attachments, extra mops and the mint cleaner. If it wasnt a gift I would have sent it back, just due to going through the brushes so quickly. I just ordered 2 more of each.

> 24 hourBeen using it weekly, got the extra cleaning pads etc. The only down side so far is the power cords are really annoyingly long.

> 24 hourLove it!! But holding the button down to use it non stop is RIDICULOUS!!!!! I dont have arthritis (diagnosed) or carper tunnel (diagnosed) but I can not go more than 4 minutes without my hands, arms and wrists cramping to the point I have to stop because of how much pain I am in from holding down the button consistently just to mop my kitchen!!!!! COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! The fact they couldnt make it a one touch like pretty much every other machine was very disappointing and frustrating. Back to looking for a new machine and sending this one back. I really thought this machine was the one and it would have been minus the button issue....

> 24 hourOur tile floors became filthy over time. After we scrubbed a small area clean with a brush we called to have a professional come out, It would have been will over $500 to just clean. Thats when we tried the Bissell . It did a great job, but sure glad we ordered extra pads. We are both tall so if there was anything wed like to improve it, that would be a longer handle even though the one it has is ok. While we are retired, found this easy to use. Would buy again in an instant.

> 24 hourI love it! It cleans flat surfaces beautifully, floors, counters. It’s not quite enough for sticky glued on spots but it helps. A little heavy but worth the effort to get things so nice and clean.

> 24 hourI bought this after seeing a YouTuber using it. Its great! I have 4 cats and I was always annoyed about crumbled litter on the floor. After running Roomba, do a deep clean with it. Sticky on the floor are also removed perfect without chemical. It would have been nice if this was cordless.
