> 3 dayLove how light it is and easy to store with the included holder. My main complaint is the trigger for the steam has no lock so you have to squeeze the whole time. With arthritic hands its hard. I thought it would go under my furniture so I dont have to move it. Not so the angle of the mop and the shape of the mechanism doesnt allow it to go fully under the furniture.

> 3 dayLove it!! But holding the button down to use it non stop is RIDICULOUS!!!!! I dont have arthritis (diagnosed) or carper tunnel (diagnosed) but I can not go more than 4 minutes without my hands, arms and wrists cramping to the point I have to stop because of how much pain I am in from holding down the button consistently just to mop my kitchen!!!!! COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! The fact they couldnt make it a one touch like pretty much every other machine was very disappointing and frustrating. Back to looking for a new machine and sending this one back. I really thought this machine was the one and it would have been minus the button issue....

> 3 dayAfter I got this I read some bad reviews. I cleaned my grout on my hands and knees years ago. It was really dark and should be a dove grey. Today, I put the grout cleaner on the unit, not the extension wand. Got on the floor and cleaned. It worked!!! I am a lung cancer survivor am suppose to stay away from chemicals. Oh yes, and I tried cleaning cleaning a few weeks ago with vinegar and baking soda and a couple of different brushes. After an hour I had bad results on 12 tiles. So I am very happy, as I did my entire bath floor in less time and it is beautiful.

Greater than one weekMy days of scrubbing the floor on my hands and knees are over, but I always felt standing did not do as good of a job. This little machine puts that to rest. I love it. It does a great job on my floors, get up dried dog slobber and cleaned in between the tiles of my floor extremely well. Some reviewers felt that it was hard to hold the switch down while cleaning. That was not a problem for me and I have a bit of hand arthritis. I do wish the handle were a bit longer, though. I am 5’6” and have to bend to use the scrubber. That becomes not too bad when I consider all the toxic cleaning solution fumes I am not breathing while using this.

Greater than one weekNice product does the job great to use for all different things, but pretty heavy and annoying you have to hold ur finger on the trigger the hole time

Greater than one weekA really nice addition to our home cleaning arsenal. Easy to assemble and it does a very good job. A good value too. Would suggest better anchor bolts to use for installation of the wall stand.

> 3 dayIt works but I feel like the steam could be better, also makes a clicking sound every single time and sometimes I have to pause cleaning to wait for steam to build up. I shouldve gotten another shark

> 3 dayI bought this steam cleaner/mop because I was completely over mopping my floors and wanted to try and get the stains off my floor. This was the best thing and has many many uses. The plastic piece in the back did break off in my closet but we weren’t the most gentle with it.
