> 3 dayGot this for my wife as a present. She was overjoyed. If she hadnt been I would have given it just one star. She used it a handful of times over a period of a couple of years. She liked what she used it for which was mostly moping tile, that is, until it stopped working and it became my problem. Exactly what you can expect of most consumer electronics these days. A quick look indicated that it was not getting water. A slightly deeper look showed that it was not an immediately resolvable issue. Of course, out of warranty; time to break out the screwdriver. Not easy to open but once I got it open (not for the lighthearted) and ran some tests they all pointed to the water pump. Took it apart and tinkered with it. After reassembly it was working. It worked for a few minutes before the pump bound up again. It is now in the gathering-dust-in-the-corner phase of its lifecycle. My recommendation: if you know you are going to be using this frequently you might get your moneys worth. Otherwise, at least in my experience, it would be more cost effective to just buy a mop.

> 3 dayI bought this after seeing a YouTuber using it. Its great! I have 4 cats and I was always annoyed about crumbled litter on the floor. After running Roomba, do a deep clean with it. Sticky on the floor are also removed perfect without chemical. It would have been nice if this was cordless.

> 3 dayIts not a bad steam cleaner, but it has a few flaws that should have been addressed before it ever went to market. Pros: * It steams * The length extension is helpful * Comes with plenty of additional nozzles. In general it does what it says, it creates steam. Cons: * The trigger. You have to really press that sucker in to keep the steam going, you let off even a tiny bit and it cuts off. This should have been a rocker switch or it needed way more deadzone. If you have arthritis, this is going to be a problem. * The handle is heavy. This makes sense, its where everything is. This is only a problem because of the trigger tho. Youre squeezing that sucker so hard and holding that thing up, it tires out your hand. * Nothing to wrap the cord around. They give you a little velcro to hold it, but its annoying after the first few times you use it. Would have been nice to have some hooks on the pole at least to wrap it.

> 3 dayI was excited to try it even based on the not so good reviews. I hooked it up and found that I could NOT hold the handle as the steam heating up made the handle very very HOT! And then the steamed water started leaking on my hand. Burning my fingers? I have not read this out of the reviews so not sure if it got damaged when delivered?? So disappointed but willing to giving it another Shot as a replacement. We shall see. so disappointed.

> 3 dayIt works but I feel like the steam could be better, also makes a clicking sound every single time and sometimes I have to pause cleaning to wait for steam to build up. I shouldve gotten another shark

> 3 dayThis steam mop has been an excellent purchase! I wish I had bought one sooner. My floors feel so much cleaner after washing them with this mop. I usually spray the floor with some cleaner and let it soak in, then steam mop and done! Smells great and dries so fast! I only wish I had got a cordless model, sometimes dealing with the cord is annoying but that’s on me. The mop itself is great. I’ve used the attachments to steam off stuck on food on my childs high chair which wouldn’t come off with just a sponge. I love how it has so many cleaning attachments. I’ve steamed my shower walls, sinks, stove top, and scrubbed the grout. etc and it cleans so well. Great product.

> 3 dayWow!! I purchased this because of the good reviews and I am not disappointed. I have used the grout tool as well as the standard floor attachment. The various attachments are SO. Easy. To attach and most of them can be stored right on the device itself in an attachment trey thing. Really loving this so far! It would be even more awesome if we could use essential oils as well but I am not sure if the plastic is rated for oils. It’s self explanatory, easy to use. I love that it comes with a wall mount to store it. Only holds 2 cups of water at a time so prepare to refill frequently. It’s worth it.

> 3 dayWe bought this with a gift card we got from our wedding shower. We had it for about 6 months and it started making an awful noise and stopped steaming, called Bissell since it was still under warranty and they sent us a new one. We used it about 5 times and it did the same thing. We used distilled water in both as well. Amazon did refund the money back to our Amazon account. Do not waste your money on this.

> 3 dayVery good user manual with text as well as diagrams. I received it Sunday and operated it almost immediately after assembling unit both as floor mop and handheld steamer to clean dirty floor tile grout. Although this steamer did return the original appearance of our grout, it was slow. I calculated it would require 10 plus hours to steam our kitchen floor grout. I switched to cleaning grout with a tile clearer solution and grout brush and following up with the steamer. (I also used my small shop vac to vacuum the dirty water). I like that the small tools fit into a holder which should help me not to misplace them. I would like to see a short tube for the hand held unit and a swivel head for the small pad. They could be offered at additional cost.
