> 3 dayIts not a bad steam cleaner, but it has a few flaws that should have been addressed before it ever went to market. Pros: * It steams * The length extension is helpful * Comes with plenty of additional nozzles. In general it does what it says, it creates steam. Cons: * The trigger. You have to really press that sucker in to keep the steam going, you let off even a tiny bit and it cuts off. This should have been a rocker switch or it needed way more deadzone. If you have arthritis, this is going to be a problem. * The handle is heavy. This makes sense, its where everything is. This is only a problem because of the trigger tho. Youre squeezing that sucker so hard and holding that thing up, it tires out your hand. * Nothing to wrap the cord around. They give you a little velcro to hold it, but its annoying after the first few times you use it. Would have been nice to have some hooks on the pole at least to wrap it.

15-04-2025We bought this thinking it would leave our floors sparkling. However, I dont find it any better than just using a mop. A mop is much less trouble and cost 1/20th as much. I ended up donating this steam cleaner.

Greater than one weekWow!! I purchased this because of the good reviews and I am not disappointed. I have used the grout tool as well as the standard floor attachment. The various attachments are SO. Easy. To attach and most of them can be stored right on the device itself in an attachment trey thing. Really loving this so far! It would be even more awesome if we could use essential oils as well but I am not sure if the plastic is rated for oils. It’s self explanatory, easy to use. I love that it comes with a wall mount to store it. Only holds 2 cups of water at a time so prepare to refill frequently. It’s worth it.

> 3 dayI had used a Clorox Clean-up and a Swiffer mop over the years. This is a huge upgrade! It uses just distilled water, as opposed to harsh (and expensive) cleaning solutions. It heats up quickly so its ready to use almost immediately after plugging it in, and the floors dry quickly after steam-mopping. As others have said, you do have to hold down the steam button during operation, but this isnt generally a big deal, unless you using it for an extended period of time. I love most of the attachments, and the two mop covers. The only attachment Im not pleased with is the grout cleaner. It does a wonderful job, but the bristles bend and collapse into something almost unusable after the first use. Id appreciate an easy way to order replacements for just that tool - not the whole set - as its almost a disposable tool if you can only use it once. I have a LOT of tile in my house, and Id probably buy replacements frequently.

> 3 dayI love using this instead of having to make a bucket of soapy water for my tile and laminate floors. I have a dog that has anxiety during thunderstorms or just hard rain. Occasionally, he will express his anxiety by urinating in my house (frustrating, but I would never consider parting with my rescue dog). This steam mop cleans up everything very well and I have put more than one pad in the washing machine with great success. I will never go back to a regular mop.

> 3 dayPics speak for themselves. Didnt take much effort to get the grout clean. My only complaint is that the bristles on the grout attachment bent almost immediately after first use but it still got the job done. No other cleaners were used to clean the grout.

> 3 dayMy days of scrubbing the floor on my hands and knees are over, but I always felt standing did not do as good of a job. This little machine puts that to rest. I love it. It does a great job on my floors, get up dried dog slobber and cleaned in between the tiles of my floor extremely well. Some reviewers felt that it was hard to hold the switch down while cleaning. That was not a problem for me and I have a bit of hand arthritis. I do wish the handle were a bit longer, though. I am 5’6” and have to bend to use the scrubber. That becomes not too bad when I consider all the toxic cleaning solution fumes I am not breathing while using this.

> 3 dayAt this day and age you would think they’d be better at steam production. A trigger lock would have been great too. When you have the extension pole in place to use as mop steam takes a while to get through the mop pad to start cleaning. Also the attachment point of the pole to the main unit needs to be stronger.
