Greater than one weekIts not a bad steam cleaner, but it has a few flaws that should have been addressed before it ever went to market. Pros: * It steams * The length extension is helpful * Comes with plenty of additional nozzles. In general it does what it says, it creates steam. Cons: * The trigger. You have to really press that sucker in to keep the steam going, you let off even a tiny bit and it cuts off. This should have been a rocker switch or it needed way more deadzone. If you have arthritis, this is going to be a problem. * The handle is heavy. This makes sense, its where everything is. This is only a problem because of the trigger tho. Youre squeezing that sucker so hard and holding that thing up, it tires out your hand. * Nothing to wrap the cord around. They give you a little velcro to hold it, but its annoying after the first few times you use it. Would have been nice to have some hooks on the pole at least to wrap it.

> 3 dayI’ll start off with the dislikes. Does it have some weight to it, yeah but that tells me I need to hit forearms in the gym. Is it a bit annoying that you have to hold down the trigger, sure, but I like having stuff steamed on my own terms. And lastly, could they have done something with the football field worth of power cord, possibly, but I like having it plugged in one spot and not having to constantly change. When I got this item, I immediately used it to take care of the necessary cleaning (floors, kitchen, bathroom) and literally had no issue at all. This machine is easy to use, take apart, and add new pieces for specific cleaning purposes. I will say when switching out parts there needs to be a grace period as it is hot but it’s fairly short. This machine was able to lift all the dirt, grime, and post snowstorm sediment that gets ingrained in wood. It was able to breakdown grease in the kitchen for easy wipe up with a towel. I used it on steaming my clothes and have never been more impressed. Overall a 8.6/10. If they were able to put an auto option on steam output and possibly decreased the weight without sacrificing quality then it would be a perfect 10.

> 3 dayThis is my first review on a product, if that tells you anything. I gave it a 2 star because it’s not complete junk, but not enough steam power (not even on high). Steam was inconsistent. When I pulled the trigger there was a loud constant knocking/ticking noise the entire use. They whole thing vibrates to the point it irritated my hand and arm. I’m very disappointed because this was exactly what I was looking for.

Greater than one weekI like that it was EASY to put together, and EASY to use. The weight is in the handle, since that is where the water is and all the mechanics...the problem is that you cannot put pressure in the long metal hose. That being said, you are lightly cleaning or moping up on the floor. If you want to put pressure in scrubbing the, you may still need to mop. I gave it four stars for weight. It may be too heavy for the old. and long periods of cleaning. It is great for sanitizing, but I would say it is not better than pressure cleaning from the good old hands and arms if you still have it in you to give a good scrub.

> 3 dayThe new Powerfresh is a huge upgrade over the old Bissell Powerfresh. It is easier to load the water, warms up quicker and the cleaning area is larger. We love it!

> 3 dayLove it!! But holding the button down to use it non stop is RIDICULOUS!!!!! I dont have arthritis (diagnosed) or carper tunnel (diagnosed) but I can not go more than 4 minutes without my hands, arms and wrists cramping to the point I have to stop because of how much pain I am in from holding down the button consistently just to mop my kitchen!!!!! COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! The fact they couldnt make it a one touch like pretty much every other machine was very disappointing and frustrating. Back to looking for a new machine and sending this one back. I really thought this machine was the one and it would have been minus the button issue....

> 3 dayI am 73 and my sweet wife is 70. I did not want her to get down on her hands and knees to clean our tile floors. I had her do some research because our church uses a steamer for cleaning tile in the bathrooms. This is the one that she picked, and it is very well designed. We bought extra mop heads since that is a wear item, and purchased two bottles of the recommended solution. Since it is based on eucalyptus oil and some other oil, it has a light fresh scent when she has steamed the floors. BISSELL knows how to design and build quality products that really do a great job!
