> 3 dayBeen using it weekly, got the extra cleaning pads etc. The only down side so far is the power cords are really annoyingly long.

> 3 dayWe bought this thinking it would leave our floors sparkling. However, I dont find it any better than just using a mop. A mop is much less trouble and cost 1/20th as much. I ended up donating this steam cleaner.

> 3 dayWorks as advertised. It cleans our tile floors without using any cleaning solutions - just the steam. We also use to clean the built up soap scum in the cultured marble shower stall. Its easy to see why Consumer Reports gave it a good rating.

Greater than one weekI own multiple pets and my house stays a little dirty and smelly. There, I said it. I bought this and had instant feedback that the house smelled different(better) and I realized I could walk on the floor without having grim on my feet. While it is easy to use, the ONLY thing I hate is that the trigger button for steaming does not lock in the working position. (No continuous option) Having to hold the trigger for cleaning floors can get tiresome as far as first world problems go. It there was one design change, it would be this. Otherwise I love the following: - Cleans really, really well - Simple design - Storage design is nice - Lightweight - When you need to rest it against the wall, it actually stays there in place in an upright position. Doesnt fall over like a mop or broom. - You will be amazed at how nasty your floors were before (and other things you steam)

> 3 dayThis is a great steam mop for my hardwood and tile floors. Its the best solution Ive found for cleaning thoroughly and quickly. I find the steam mop with handle and the most beneficial and easy to use. I have found that having a new cleaning pad for every room or two leaves the floors cleaner and shiner looking. The handheld steamer is a bit heavy and sometimes awkward to use with the smaller attachments. It has to be held a certain way for the steam to work, or course. So those tight areas can be difficult to reach. Ive cleaned my showers successfully with the smaller pad attachments. The other attachments Ive not found a great use for them yet. Some reviewers disliked the long cord. I thought the long cord was great, especially since Im using it mostly has as steam mop. All in all, Im very satisfied!

> 3 dayI bought this steam mop after a friend told me how wonderful is a steam mop. I choose Bissell because it is a a well-known brand, and it is easy to get some replacement part. You can clean you entire house only with steam. It is very easy to use. Distilled water only. The cord is long enough that you dont need to change the plug to often. I clean my oven rack, and now it is sparkling. I didnt have to scrub too much. Highly recommend if you want to be ecologic.

> 3 dayThis works great on floor tiles, kitchen floors, bath tiles. It does not get scuff marks off though.

> 3 dayLove how light it is and easy to store with the included holder. My main complaint is the trigger for the steam has no lock so you have to squeeze the whole time. With arthritic hands its hard. I thought it would go under my furniture so I dont have to move it. Not so the angle of the mop and the shape of the mechanism doesnt allow it to go fully under the furniture.

15-04-2025I bought this steam cleaner/mop because I was completely over mopping my floors and wanted to try and get the stains off my floor. This was the best thing and has many many uses. The plastic piece in the back did break off in my closet but we weren’t the most gentle with it.

> 3 dayThis is my first review on a product, if that tells you anything. I gave it a 2 star because it’s not complete junk, but not enough steam power (not even on high). Steam was inconsistent. When I pulled the trigger there was a loud constant knocking/ticking noise the entire use. They whole thing vibrates to the point it irritated my hand and arm. I’m very disappointed because this was exactly what I was looking for.
