> 3 dayI own multiple pets and my house stays a little dirty and smelly. There, I said it. I bought this and had instant feedback that the house smelled different(better) and I realized I could walk on the floor without having grim on my feet. While it is easy to use, the ONLY thing I hate is that the trigger button for steaming does not lock in the working position. (No continuous option) Having to hold the trigger for cleaning floors can get tiresome as far as first world problems go. It there was one design change, it would be this. Otherwise I love the following: - Cleans really, really well - Simple design - Storage design is nice - Lightweight - When you need to rest it against the wall, it actually stays there in place in an upright position. Doesnt fall over like a mop or broom. - You will be amazed at how nasty your floors were before (and other things you steam)

Greater than one weekI bought our bissell steam mop a couple months ago && its still going strong! I love my baby! This thing is incredible! After seeing some bad reviews i had to post one of my own. Cause some people just cant be pleased!! This steam mop has done wonders in our home & handles everyday cleaning like a champ. Only thing i suggest is to order more mop replacements! For anyone who has tough tough scrubbing be careful cause u dont want the pole to get wore out where it connects! For anyone doing more then household work that could be an issue! But this thing is a beast for everyday home cleaning with kids n pets!! I would never buy any other brand then bissell!! They havent done me wrong yet!!!

> 3 dayI have quite a bit of tile to clean. This machine makes that easy! Quite an improvement over a former machine that was so heavy and cumbersome. Would give Bissell higher rating but havent had it long enough to see if it stands up to long use.

> 3 dayI received this today and, as my Shark steamer finally gave up last week , I was eager to clean my floors so I inboxed it and went right to work. To get right to the point, I’m sending this back tomorrow. Here are the immediate problems with it, right off the bat: 1: EVERYTHING is located in the handle; the water, motor, and tool storage are all located in the handle, so it’s extremely heavy to hold. 2: Add to this the MAJOR design flaw that there is literally nowhere to store the cord. You either hold it in your other hand or you trip over it 3: You must continually squeeze the trigger to produce steam, if you let go, the steam shuts off, so now I’m holding this heavy handle while squeezing the trigger AND holding the cord in the other- was there no end user testing done with this thing? 4: Because you must hold the trigger in one hand and the cord in the other, switching hands to ease the weight of the handle is really difficult, and frustrating 5: It has a nice fabric steaming attachment but I can’t see me steaming 84in drapes while holding this heavy handle for long 6: It doesn’t produce the amount of steam I was expecting- my old Shark made twice as much steam and it was half dead

> 3 dayMy days of scrubbing the floor on my hands and knees are over, but I always felt standing did not do as good of a job. This little machine puts that to rest. I love it. It does a great job on my floors, get up dried dog slobber and cleaned in between the tiles of my floor extremely well. Some reviewers felt that it was hard to hold the switch down while cleaning. That was not a problem for me and I have a bit of hand arthritis. I do wish the handle were a bit longer, though. I am 5’6” and have to bend to use the scrubber. That becomes not too bad when I consider all the toxic cleaning solution fumes I am not breathing while using this.

> 3 dayIts going to be easy for certain people. Its not super heavy but it has a bit of weight to it. And you have to hold the trigger down while in use. This can be annoying for some Im sure. I like it so my kids dont get hit with steam on accident. I use this on my toilet, my floors, my cabinets, my carpets to help get up stains. I would recommend getting extra washable pads though for all the sizes.

> 3 dayI rarely write reviews, but this powerful little steamer deserves one! We recently bought an older home and it took 20 year old tile floor grout from black to a beautiful cream. And I had already used about every home grout remedy and strong grout chemical out there. Wish I had taken before and after pictures. And the tile is textured with multiple shades of cream - or so I thought. The darkest color was actual just dirt- gross! This steamer is nothing short of amazing, no more strong chemicals here!

20-11-2024I like that it was EASY to put together, and EASY to use. The weight is in the handle, since that is where the water is and all the mechanics...the problem is that you cannot put pressure in the long metal hose. That being said, you are lightly cleaning or moping up on the floor. If you want to put pressure in scrubbing the, you may still need to mop. I gave it four stars for weight. It may be too heavy for the old. and long periods of cleaning. It is great for sanitizing, but I would say it is not better than pressure cleaning from the good old hands and arms if you still have it in you to give a good scrub.

Greater than one weekMy only complaint is that you have to hold the trigger in the entire time you are using it. If you have a weakness or arthritis in your hands or fingers, I would not recommend this item.
