More than for floors, I use this product everywhere. Its really great for grout in the bathrooms and kitchen and does a great job on windows and faucets.

Been using it weekly, got the extra cleaning pads etc. The only down side so far is the power cords are really annoyingly long.

This steam mop is very versatile I’ve been able to clean the sliders on my windows more thoroughly than I think they’ve ever been cleaned. I use it to clean my walls, it’s able to fit in the little area behind the toilet, I’m able to clean the tops of my ceiling fans without a step stool now, my baseboard, and even the back splash in my kitchen. I used to have a shark steam mop which you have to push in the handle to activate the steam so it was only useful for floor cleaning. This one is a button so I can maneuver it in any direction a please. It also works for steaming fabric on the low setting… it’s a little more pricey than some other steam mops but it’s worth it in my opinion for sure.

A really nice addition to our home cleaning arsenal. Easy to assemble and it does a very good job. A good value too. Would suggest better anchor bolts to use for installation of the wall stand.

Bought this to do cleaning but my wife stole it. Shes using it to take wrinkles out of our curtains after she washes them. This saves literally hours of ironing the curtains before putting them up. I now have to borrow it from her to use for my stuff. May be Ill buy a second one. Its very important to use distilled water to keep the steamer clean and without scale build up. Its still a bit heavy when filled, but doesnt really do much without being filled with water.

It works but I feel like the steam could be better, also makes a clicking sound every single time and sometimes I have to pause cleaning to wait for steam to build up. I shouldve gotten another shark

I’ll start off with the dislikes. Does it have some weight to it, yeah but that tells me I need to hit forearms in the gym. Is it a bit annoying that you have to hold down the trigger, sure, but I like having stuff steamed on my own terms. And lastly, could they have done something with the football field worth of power cord, possibly, but I like having it plugged in one spot and not having to constantly change. When I got this item, I immediately used it to take care of the necessary cleaning (floors, kitchen, bathroom) and literally had no issue at all. This machine is easy to use, take apart, and add new pieces for specific cleaning purposes. I will say when switching out parts there needs to be a grace period as it is hot but it’s fairly short. This machine was able to lift all the dirt, grime, and post snowstorm sediment that gets ingrained in wood. It was able to breakdown grease in the kitchen for easy wipe up with a towel. I used it on steaming my clothes and have never been more impressed. Overall a 8.6/10. If they were able to put an auto option on steam output and possibly decreased the weight without sacrificing quality then it would be a perfect 10.

I had used a Clorox Clean-up and a Swiffer mop over the years. This is a huge upgrade! It uses just distilled water, as opposed to harsh (and expensive) cleaning solutions. It heats up quickly so its ready to use almost immediately after plugging it in, and the floors dry quickly after steam-mopping. As others have said, you do have to hold down the steam button during operation, but this isnt generally a big deal, unless you using it for an extended period of time. I love most of the attachments, and the two mop covers. The only attachment Im not pleased with is the grout cleaner. It does a wonderful job, but the bristles bend and collapse into something almost unusable after the first use. Id appreciate an easy way to order replacements for just that tool - not the whole set - as its almost a disposable tool if you can only use it once. I have a LOT of tile in my house, and Id probably buy replacements frequently.

Pros: Easy to assemble, works as advertised, cleans my floor tile without spreading all the dirt into the tile grout. Cons: I’m 5’5” tall and the height of the mop is too short for me and causes back pain while using. The trigger switch is too small, and requires much pressure to keep the steam feeding into the mop head. My husband puts an electrical tie over the switch to hold the switch in the down position so I can use the mop without having to change my grip constantly. When I am finished steaming, we cut the electrical tie off and store the mop for the next use. There should be a lock/unlock mechanism on the switch and there should be an extender available to make the mop longer. Would be a better product if the two design issues I noted above are corrected.

The steam output is reasonably strong, especially when using attachments directly on the handheld unit. A little less powerful as a floor mop, doubtless because of having to travel down a long shaft. I did experience the knocking sound, and it was caused by buildup around the metal ball at the end of a tube inside the water chamber. Scraping away the residue solved the problem. The cord is long and heavy, so it’s not as convenient as a battery unit. Overall I am pleased and Luke using steam on tough or icky cleaning rather than harsh chemicals. Washable covers are super convenient.
