Works great on grout. For extra dirty grout, run the nozzle back and forth a couple times. The steamer gets an extra boost about every 30 seconds. Move nozzle across grout slowly. Could have a longer connector pole. I decided to sit on floor to clean grout. Floor cleaning attachment is amazing. The pad shows it all!!

I was excited to try it even based on the not so good reviews. I hooked it up and found that I could NOT hold the handle as the steam heating up made the handle very very HOT! And then the steamed water started leaking on my hand. Burning my fingers? I have not read this out of the reviews so not sure if it got damaged when delivered?? So disappointed but willing to giving it another Shot as a replacement. We shall see. so disappointed.

Nice product does the job great to use for all different things, but pretty heavy and annoying you have to hold ur finger on the trigger the hole time

This product was great to clean the dirt build up on the grout.

I should have listened to the negative reviews. Instead, I relied upon Consumer Reports rating the Bissell PowerFresh Slim Steam Mop as the best. I think they got it all wrong and intend to let them know. First of all, it is heavier than any other steam mop I’ve owned. Plus, in order to get continuous steam, you must keep the trigger pressed. These two issues wouldn’t be show stoppers, if everything else was great. When I use a steam mop, I want to see steam...and lots of it...to know it is working. If I lift this mop up a bit I can see the steam, but if the mop is on the floor, there is no visible steam. In my world, grout is the enemy...I want to know it’s getting clean. The pad doesn’t look as dirty as the pad from my previous steam mop, which leads me to believe the surface is getting clean, but there’s not enough steam to get to the grout. And that is why I hate this machine after just one use. Do yourself a favor and order a different steam mop.

I own multiple pets and my house stays a little dirty and smelly. There, I said it. I bought this and had instant feedback that the house smelled different(better) and I realized I could walk on the floor without having grim on my feet. While it is easy to use, the ONLY thing I hate is that the trigger button for steaming does not lock in the working position. (No continuous option) Having to hold the trigger for cleaning floors can get tiresome as far as first world problems go. It there was one design change, it would be this. Otherwise I love the following: - Cleans really, really well - Simple design - Storage design is nice - Lightweight - When you need to rest it against the wall, it actually stays there in place in an upright position. Doesnt fall over like a mop or broom. - You will be amazed at how nasty your floors were before (and other things you steam)

Works great. Used it to clean the vent cover on an over the range hood. It was hard work and took 2 hours to clean over 15 years of oil. Only thing is the little cup used to fill the steamer is cracked on the bottom. Needless to say I just use a measuring cup, it works but its a pain. Over all worked for what I needed it to. Sorry I wish I took pics of the before and after.

I liked this mop for awhile. It’s not too heavy. Cleans ok. Doesn’t put out a lot of steam so you end up using “heavy steam” the entire time. I have to refill the water 3-4 times to steam the whole house. Less than a year later of using it maybe twice a month and it leaks water out so bad that you have to refill it every few minutes. Will not buy again

Got this for my wife as a present. She was overjoyed. If she hadnt been I would have given it just one star. She used it a handful of times over a period of a couple of years. She liked what she used it for which was mostly moping tile, that is, until it stopped working and it became my problem. Exactly what you can expect of most consumer electronics these days. A quick look indicated that it was not getting water. A slightly deeper look showed that it was not an immediately resolvable issue. Of course, out of warranty; time to break out the screwdriver. Not easy to open but once I got it open (not for the lighthearted) and ran some tests they all pointed to the water pump. Took it apart and tinkered with it. After reassembly it was working. It worked for a few minutes before the pump bound up again. It is now in the gathering-dust-in-the-corner phase of its lifecycle. My recommendation: if you know you are going to be using this frequently you might get your moneys worth. Otherwise, at least in my experience, it would be more cost effective to just buy a mop.

I bought this steam cleaner/mop because I was completely over mopping my floors and wanted to try and get the stains off my floor. This was the best thing and has many many uses. The plastic piece in the back did break off in my closet but we weren’t the most gentle with it.
