> 3 dayFirst, the trigger is a pain it needs a trigger lock. It does streak hardwood floors a little, but it could be I have to get use to using it. The grout cleaner sucks, but I was using it at the end of the extension. I will try it directly on the unit itself and let you know. It does clean the floors as the pad did get a little dirty. I tried it on a tough job, the garage floor which is epoxy. It did fair. So I will keep it but wished it was a little better.

> 3 dayBought this to do cleaning but my wife stole it. Shes using it to take wrinkles out of our curtains after she washes them. This saves literally hours of ironing the curtains before putting them up. I now have to borrow it from her to use for my stuff. May be Ill buy a second one. Its very important to use distilled water to keep the steamer clean and without scale build up. Its still a bit heavy when filled, but doesnt really do much without being filled with water.

> 3 dayA really nice addition to our home cleaning arsenal. Easy to assemble and it does a very good job. A good value too. Would suggest better anchor bolts to use for installation of the wall stand.

Greater than one weekIf you have arthritis or carpal tunnel, I would not purchase this model, you have to hold the steam button down continuously and it gets really old and its very uncomfortable. I have been shopping for a new one of these for at least a year. I had to leave my old one at the old house as I didnt have room for some things on the moving truck, moving across country... I have been trying to look for the older Shark that I had and have not been able to find it, you plugged it in, and the steam would just produce, no buttons to hold down and it removed all things on my floors, I rarely had to get down to scrape anything up. This one does not do that. Even a coffee drop, takes more energy/water than it should. I never had to fill the water reservoir more than one time when doing my floors with the Shark, now I have to 3 times. Id like to return it, but I was so sure this was going to be the one, just based on the brand! I tossed the box and inserts away, so Im stuck with it. I do not want anyone else to make the same mistake. The Shark steamer I purchased years ago, was a fraction of the price, and worked so much better, unfortunately i was unable to find that one, I suspect its been replaced with a cheap, breakable like everything else these days.

> 3 dayPics speak for themselves. Didnt take much effort to get the grout clean. My only complaint is that the bristles on the grout attachment bent almost immediately after first use but it still got the job done. No other cleaners were used to clean the grout.

> 3 dayI bought this steam mop after a friend told me how wonderful is a steam mop. I choose Bissell because it is a a well-known brand, and it is easy to get some replacement part. You can clean you entire house only with steam. It is very easy to use. Distilled water only. The cord is long enough that you dont need to change the plug to often. I clean my oven rack, and now it is sparkling. I didnt have to scrub too much. Highly recommend if you want to be ecologic.

> 3 dayThis steam mop has been an excellent purchase! I wish I had bought one sooner. My floors feel so much cleaner after washing them with this mop. I usually spray the floor with some cleaner and let it soak in, then steam mop and done! Smells great and dries so fast! I only wish I had got a cordless model, sometimes dealing with the cord is annoying but that’s on me. The mop itself is great. I’ve used the attachments to steam off stuck on food on my childs high chair which wouldn’t come off with just a sponge. I love how it has so many cleaning attachments. I’ve steamed my shower walls, sinks, stove top, and scrubbed the grout. etc and it cleans so well. Great product.

> 3 dayWorked wonders on my grout. Highly recommend. Good to note that it may still take some scrubbing. Dont expect it to melt away the dirt like magic, but it is definitely more effective than abrasive cleaners and safer for my home. Purchased for my grout, but have used it on my stovetop, mopping my floors, steaming a wrinkled jacket, and cleaning my stone countertops. Have not been disappointed. Cleans thoroughly and sanitizes which is a bonus in todays times. For a household tool 9/10. The only downfall I found was that it is not cordless. But the cord is very long, so distance hasnt been an issue. I only need to move plugs when I move rooms.
