> 3 dayThis is a great steam mop for my hardwood and tile floors. Its the best solution Ive found for cleaning thoroughly and quickly. I find the steam mop with handle and the most beneficial and easy to use. I have found that having a new cleaning pad for every room or two leaves the floors cleaner and shiner looking. The handheld steamer is a bit heavy and sometimes awkward to use with the smaller attachments. It has to be held a certain way for the steam to work, or course. So those tight areas can be difficult to reach. Ive cleaned my showers successfully with the smaller pad attachments. The other attachments Ive not found a great use for them yet. Some reviewers disliked the long cord. I thought the long cord was great, especially since Im using it mostly has as steam mop. All in all, Im very satisfied!

> 3 dayThis works great on floor tiles, kitchen floors, bath tiles. It does not get scuff marks off though.

> 3 dayIt works but I feel like the steam could be better, also makes a clicking sound every single time and sometimes I have to pause cleaning to wait for steam to build up. I shouldve gotten another shark

19-11-2024All I can say is wow! I have been on my hands and knees trying to scrub the dirt off the shower floor, but this tool did the job! I couldnt get it off, I have used multiple cleaners, bleach, everything. This did it with no effort. I have not used the mop yet, but have confidence after the work its done to my shower and kitchen floors.

Greater than one weekPros: Easy to assemble, works as advertised, cleans my floor tile without spreading all the dirt into the tile grout. Cons: I’m 5’5” tall and the height of the mop is too short for me and causes back pain while using. The trigger switch is too small, and requires much pressure to keep the steam feeding into the mop head. My husband puts an electrical tie over the switch to hold the switch in the down position so I can use the mop without having to change my grip constantly. When I am finished steaming, we cut the electrical tie off and store the mop for the next use. There should be a lock/unlock mechanism on the switch and there should be an extender available to make the mop longer. Would be a better product if the two design issues I noted above are corrected.

Greater than one weekWorked wonders on my grout. Highly recommend. Good to note that it may still take some scrubbing. Dont expect it to melt away the dirt like magic, but it is definitely more effective than abrasive cleaners and safer for my home. Purchased for my grout, but have used it on my stovetop, mopping my floors, steaming a wrinkled jacket, and cleaning my stone countertops. Have not been disappointed. Cleans thoroughly and sanitizes which is a bonus in todays times. For a household tool 9/10. The only downfall I found was that it is not cordless. But the cord is very long, so distance hasnt been an issue. I only need to move plugs when I move rooms.

> 3 dayI like the high pressure steam, it works really well on my stove. The machine also work well on floor! I have a dog and the steam mop can get rid of the pet smell on my wood floor! There are two things that can be improved: 1. The weight, it’s a little big heavy, my wrist get tired after 2 rooms! 2. I have to hold the button to let the steam come out, my finger get tired after 5 mins.
