> 3 dayThe product page claims postage printing up in several areas using the pbSmartPostage product from Pitney Bowes, and the Brother support page makes the same claim. I followed the link from the Brother support site to register with Pitney Bowes and was directed to sign up for SendPro. I went through the process of creating a new account, then to purchase postage for printing on this device. Upon doing so I find that I can select a 4x6 label or an 8.5x11 page, no other options available. After screwing around with various settings trying to find a suitable solution, I engaged SendPro support and explained the situation. Here is the response: ==================== Okay, the Brother QL-700 is designed for printing stamps, however our SendPro application does not currently have a thermal roll print option available for stamps. This is a feature that is being tested currently, and should see release relatively soon, but we do not have an official target date at this point. This was the printer designed for use with our previous online postage application, pbSmartPostage. That application has recently been phased out as a product being offered. I am sorry for the confusion. I can process a refund for you of the balance added to SendPro. If it was just added today, it will take a 2-4 business days to process and post back to your payment method. ==================== If youre buying this device hoping to print postage, that apparently is no longer a feature being offered by their partner organization.

> 3 dayEasy to operate. Be sure to do all updates to the software before using it as it will be buggy otherwise.

> 3 dayThis is the most wonderful little tool I have bought for the office in ages. Were saving a ton of money on address labels, have no more jams with labels in our big laser printer, and are just super happy with this label printer. Now that it is down to $40, Im thinking of ordering one for every desk in the office! My only complaint is that it doesnt auto-detect the labels you put into it, so you need to pay attention when you select the label size in the PTouch software. Its a tiny complaint, though, for a wonderful tool!

> 3 dayIt works great, no troubles with it working in Windows like the competition label printer. Works fine with the generic labels from eBay.

Greater than one weekI have this label printer for printing envelope labels. It does very well at that task. I use my device relatively infrequently, and never have problems with it. The software is simple and straight forward and doesnt have any bugs that Ive run into. I would definitely recommend this printer if you have the need to print smaller labels on an occasional or frequent basis.
