> 3 dayNo problem so far. Very happy with it. And best of it is that you dont need ink for it. Easy to work with it.

> 3 dayI am usually very skeptical of Brother printers beacause I have had many issues in the past but this little guy is perfect. I have been using it for 2 months now for price tags and I have no complains. The software might be better but I got used to it

> 3 dayBrotherly Love...? sorry... not feeling it...! I bought this printer brand new only to discover that it doesnt work with windows 10... Yes, there is a firmware update you can install....BUT you can only install this firmware update if you have an older system that can connect to the printer...! so if you have windows 10 and you just bought this printer... better call that old friend who has an older windows computer..

> 3 dayI hate this. It works neither on windows nor on Mac. neither of my 3 PCs would recognize this printer. It is sitting there and I can neither use it nor return it. Dont buy this. These guys are not taking their customers seriously.

Greater than one weekWas using an aging simple electric typewriter (about 15 years old) for mailing labels until a cable inside busted. There were only a couple of replacements to be seen at the office supply stores, all requiring ordering (nothing in stock.) Since doing labels is my ONLY need for this, I decided for the same price (actually, 20% less on Amazon) I decided to replace the trashed typewriter with this device. I am pleased, and its other functions (customizing and designing labels, keeping an address book and a few other functions I dont use) really bring it beyond the typewriters capacity. I assume typewriters are within days (OK maybe a couple of years) of being a relic and wont be reparable in a financially wise way. This device has a good warranty, and will function just fine for my needs. Plus, it takes up less than a quarter of the space of a typewriter. Four stars instead of five because NOTHING is perfect. I would recommend it to anyone whose needs are similar to mine.
