> 3 dayWe bought this printer new and it came in a box where it looks like it was refurbished. We connected it to our system and the tickets were taking anywhere from 1-3 minutes to print (which is super slow when you have a full line of parents waiting to check in their child.) I went to ask for an exchange and it notified me that the printer was not eligible anymore for a return. I tried to contact the seller twice already and Ive gotten no response. Im hesitant to order a new one, but we really need it.

Greater than one weekPOS!!! 4 computers in the office. 2 run Windows 7, 2 run windows 10. All software regularly updated and all up to date. The P-Touch editor software required to run this machine crashes it 10 times for every time it works. The machine then has to be hard booted at 3 minutes per boot. That averages out to be 30 minutes per label printed. Now the software wont even start on a Windows 10 machine. Another hour will be lost troubleshooting. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE IF YOU VALUE PRODUCTIVITY!!!

Greater than one weekThe biggest issue with this is the waste. Try as I might it seems impossible not to waste as much, or more label than you use.

> 3 dayWill not pair to Bluetooth, I followed instructions exactly. I downloaded programs at least 7 times. Got it to work 1 time, not worth time and trouble, this model anyway.

> 3 dayI needed this printer ASAP so I made sure I received with 2-Day shipping. Open the box and the AC adapter is missing. Frustrating because I need to use this asap.
