> 24 hourWill not pair to Bluetooth, I followed instructions exactly. I downloaded programs at least 7 times. Got it to work 1 time, not worth time and trouble, this model anyway.

> 24 hourPaper feed never worked. We had the brother labels and one just like it already in use. This one did NOT work. We couldnt return because COVID hit, churches were closed so we had no idea it didnt work until window was closed.

> 24 hourThis printer never worked well - had trouble connecting to internet and when connected, worked VERY slowly. Called Brother company and they refused to exchange it because we purchased through Amazon.

> 24 hourIf you follow the added instructions, the printer is a breeze to set up and use. If you think you know how to do it and you just try to plug and play, youre going to have frustration! It did take a bit of doing at the set up. The labels are easy to switch for different prints (name badges at check in vs File folders, etc.). The wireless set up requires that you know your wireless IP address, so have that ready. Overall, couldnt be happier with this great printer. We use Apple computers and its completely compatible.

> 24 hourReviewer posted that they print address labels with it.. note this is NOT the same as a postal label which is what I purchased for. Wanted a wireless printer I could print 4x6 shipping labels on and this is not it. I think it has a 2.5 in width. Super bummed, I had to wait an extra day as Amazon messed up its delivery and now it won’t even work for what I need it to.
