> 3 dayOver the years, I have had multiple problems with my Dymo Labelwriter. Often, it ended up being a USB problem, and not with just one computer... this happened across multiple computers and Ive been through 3 different versions of Dymo label printers. The problem happened again recently, so I decided to try a new brand (finally.) This Brother QL-810W is sleek, fast, energy efficient, and I love that it kicks out the label and then cuts the label stock for you. The dymo label printers require you to rip off the label after each print or separate the labels manually if you print a series of labels. Happy customer. My other office laser printers are also Brother brand... really happy with Brother products, and this is just another example. I paid for this with my own money and would buy it again.

> 3 dayLove the speed of the print, and the quality of the print. However, right before the busiest time of our season which is when I needed it.. a label was stuck in the roller.. it wouldnt print or cut... :( couldnt pull it out, couldnt dissemble it to a point to get it out. GET THE WARRANTY. Wasted a couple hundred bucks :(

> 3 dayThe wireless printing kept printing blank labels. I checked online and Brother tech support. They had extremely bad tech support. Nothing worked to fix this. I was so eager to use it, but what a waste of my time troubleshooting this. I’m very tech savvy, and I had problems with this.

> 3 dayI purchased the Brother Label Printer to replace a DYMO Label Printer. And I really love the features of this Brother Label Printer - the red really ads depth to my print jobs. However, this label is not nearly as easy to use as the DYMO, and its not as easy as other Brother label printers, either. I didnt think it would be as difficult as it is - its a label printer! How difficult can it be... but it just isnt that easy to use. If youre experienced you can probably get it to work... I can now, but I had to figure a lot of stuff out before I could just print...

> 3 dayA little noiser than my older model. Sounds clunky. Prints fast. Seems to work well.
