Hated doing the candy canes but the results were beautiful. The Ballerinas dress laid just as the picture said. Had trouble with the hair and had to improvise.

I wish the quality is better, I dont think it will last long time. Considering how much work I put into it, its so sad it is not good quality fabric that will last for years

Other than they need a lining, and very time consuming, it turned out beautiful, and the childrens parents loved it. I hope they keep it for a very long time.

Beautiful stocking. Directions are always iffy so you must know what you are doing to make it work.

Ive made a few other Bucilla stockings and know theyre labor intensive but holy cow! Definitely NOT for a beginner. If you want to attempt it and not spend every spare moment working on it, buy it a good 6 months in advance. I gave myself a month and was still sewing on Christmas eve. Very pretty though.
