> 3 dayMy mom actually put this together for my daughter. It is gorgeous, so pretty, so much detail. Apparently, the devil really is in the details. I love this stocking and so does my daughter. My mom hates it. Apparently its extremely tedious. Beautiful results, but a lot of work

Greater than one weekCame missing parts and terrible instructions. Took a whole to come in as well. Worth the extra 20 bucks for a good one.

> 3 dayI chose this particular stocking for its girlie-ness - love how cute it turned out and was perfect for my granddaughters first and future Christmass made with love by her Nana. This kit will take many days/hours to complete - definately not just a one-weekend project!

> 3 dayThese are great and very durable stockings. I made them for my children 30 years ago and they are still in great condition. They are challenging to assemble that’s the fun of making them. They do have step by step instructions and if you follow them you will wind up with a beautiful piece of handiwork that will last for a lifetime.

> 3 dayLove the Bucilla stockings! This is the 18th one I have made for grandchildren and great grandchildren. Never disappointed! They are so pretty hanging from the fireplaces of the various homes and the grandchildren still love them even though they have children of their own. I am now making one for the newest baby due in March.

> 3 dayThere are much fewer options for girls than for boys, this is the only one that looks nice but still not as nice as others.

> 3 dayThis was not the first Bucilla Christmas stocking I have made. Everything you need to complete the stocking was included except the polyester fiber fill. If I was going to get picky, I would complain about the bead needle. The eye was not big enough. It took me a half hour to thread it. After three or four thread changes, I gave up and got a different bead needle. I also changed the color of the fairys skirt and bodice to red and the apron to white to keep the stocking looking Christmasy. All in all it took between fifty to sixty hours for me to complete the stocking. The back of the stocking has straight sides. It does not follow the contours of the front. I would also change the order of assembly for the Christmas tree. I would put the little candy canes on first. My reason for that is because my thread kept getting caught on the sequins. Lois
