I love making these. This will be my 4th one. Takes a long time to make, but my niece is going to love this. And I am going to love the fact that I was able to make this for her.

It is beautiful. Lots of steps and little stitches, but it looks great.

With time this is an Awesome stocking, very detailed and ready to pop out as in a sweet dream. Any little girl would love to hang in anticipation of Santa. Comes complete with detailed instructions and everything you need. I plan on ordering others for the entire family. Order this item now with plenty of time for Christmas. I would love to submit a photo of my finished product but its not complete. Of course I did ordered it very late, November 29th or 30th. If able Ill submit my finished stocking at a later date.

Gave this as a gift and found it to be a very complete kit. Will definetely purchase more of them in the future.

I started this on Dec. 9 and finished Dec. 29 after HOURS and HOURS of work. But it was definitely worth it. The stocking is so cute! It has all the directions and marks on the stocking to make it easier to put together. My only negative comment is that there are several colors of thread and they werent labeled, so it was hard to tell which was which, but it didnt negatively affect the outcome of the stocking. I have never done one before and I think it turned out really well, so I would definitely recommend it!

This is the second Bucilla stocking I’ve made and this one was a lot more intricate than the first. However, I am by no means a seamstress and am self taught and I still found this easy although very tedious. I’m a new mom and this took me about 2 months to complete just working on it passively in the evening here and there. As you can see I made some changes. There were more than enough sequins, beads and floss to complete the project. The most difficult part was the hairpiece as the instructions weren’t very helpful. The cording was also fairly frustrating to make because it kept coming untwisted (I was probably doing it wrong). I highly recommend watching some YouTube videos on the specific stitches the kit mentions because the instructions on how to make the stitches are useless and it’s easier to watch someone demonstrate the stitch. If you have little to no sewing experience this kit is doable but will take you some time, I’d recommend practicing some stitches on scratch pieces of felt before beginning. I wish the kit came with more of the small needle for beading - I lost the needle towards to end and even with the smallest sewing needle in my house, some of the beads still wouldn’t fit over the needle.

I took the basic pattern and altered the dress to have the favorite colors of the child. This pattern is easily altered. Had fun experimenting with beads and sequins. Fun and easy to make.

So cute and I loved the last Bucilla project I did which was cup cake angle.
