I have not yet installed. Will install in a couple months. Hard to rate. The products self destructs like its designed to do. Thats its only purpose- to keep the steel water tank from being eaten away.

Was told we would need to replace the one that came with our new to us RV and the store wanted over 2x what this one costs. Would recommend.

This is about the fourth one of these I’ve used. They work great and help preserve your hot water heater.

I used this for less then 2 months, and already starting to erode the rod...this is good as its basic function is just that. Since campgrounds probably most use well water its good to protect your water heater from hard minerals by using this rod to attract those harsh minerals that could be eating your holding tank! Fits in my Starcraft AR-ONE 17RD just fine.

So far this is working in my hot water tank on my camper

Used this in my 2005 Fleetwood Highlander Niagra and so far everything seems to be working as expected. Seemed to be well made and should do the job without issue.

No one knows you have to replace these twice a year in a RV or trailer but super important! So easy to change it yourself. Order one before you need it!

This is a good replacement for the used and pitted anode in my water heater.
