As stated, I received this printer with nonrelevant instructions for assembling. I contacted Amazon customer service where I stated I didnt want to return it, I just wanted them to know that it took me half a day to assemble it because I finally had to look it up on youtube.com. I was shifted back and forth between seller and amazon, saying that I needed to refer to the refund directions. This went on and on until I wrote an email to the seller, informing them I just wanted them to replace erroneous instructions, not a refund. I also noted that this printer was made in Vietnam and was composed of thin, cheap plastic. Nobody listens. Not the seller, not amazon. I give up. Why bother?

Good All in onePrinter/scanner/copier but it is from Canada and that made the set up a little more difficult. Wireless setup was not very easy so Im glad I opted for a direct connection to my Mac Desktop. Instructions in box are very basic.

Purchased a HP printer and returned it, spent over 3 hours trying to get it to connect to Wi Fi customer service was useless. Purchased the cannon printer and 20 minutes hooked up running and connected to Wi Fi, laptop and smart phone automatically set as my default printer on my lap top. Extremely happy with it so far, prints fast, quality prints. HP should take some lessons.

Good printer. Easy to use but do not buy from this seller. They have extremely overpriced this product. Product is worth no more than $60.00.

I paid more for a printer that connects to my wifi but this one, no matter what we did, simply would not. We had to manually connect it to my desktop via cable, which defeats the purpose of getting a wireless printer so everyone in the house can use it. The print quality is good, its print speed is a little slow but not terrible, fine for a home office, and its relatively easy to use once we got it installed and working.

Cannon does not have a setup for this printer had to search for the setup on other sites. Computer will not hold the program and printer will not continue to print. Last printer was a cannon and worked well is the reason we went with this printer. Apparently this was a discontinued product and we did not know and is not supported. We paid $140 for this.

Found the same for 60 + tax

Only issue is if you are having a Setup problem...Do Not go to the url on paperwork in the box. That site has been hacked by Sandjockies in New Delhi..(SupRem) so you can download their app and trouble begins. Just google the USA Cannon website and get your drivers there.

This was easy to set up and link to my laptop and phone for printing convenience.

So the door to the ink cartridge of the printer was broken and I couldnt even get one print out of it due to the fact it wouldnt let me install it to my computer because of the door being broken to the ink cartridge what a waste of money. Such a flimsy cheap thing dont waste your money!
