Money well spent for quality large size paper

Surprisingly good paper. I do a quick light wash on the paper before using and the curling has been minimal. Gave 4 stars because it doesnt seem to handle removal of paint that well. For me its nice practice paper and thats what I was looking for.

These are great for watercolor practice or swatching. Not good for layering or scrubbing. I make watercolor cards for friends with it. Just simple one layer paintings. I think it would be fine for oil pastel.

Its a good product, but the price fluctuates a lot.

I have purchased many Cranson products and Im always happy! This watercolor pad is no exception--great value for any level artist. I use a more expensive paper when Im doing commissions or planning to use a lot of water for multiple-layer work, but for any other painting needs, this paper is perfect, consistent, durable and versatile--also, Ive used it for light acrylic and mixed media work as well as watercolor projects.

I almost never write reviews but I felt compelled to do so for this paper. I’ve been doing calligraphy for about a year and bought this recently and it is hands down the best good quality paper I’ve used. Every single ink I own looks great on it, no bleeding or feathering whatsoever with ANY of them. The surface is smooth enough that it doesn’t catch the nibs while still having some texture to it. I absolute would recommend this.

It’s a good paper to practice your watercolor techniques. I wouldn’t put a finished piece on this paper. I don’t mind filling it up and throwing it away — no guilt because it’s expensive - it’s a good price point to practice and pitch.

Really nice quality paper. Might be a little big for travel but Id still take it. Very thick paper that doesnt buckle.

LIKE THIS PAPER TO WATER COLOR ON AND FOR CRAFT PROJECTS... TAKES TO THE PAINT AND ALSO I SPRAY ON IT.. LIKE IT KEPT IN A BOOK... CONVEINT TO USE.
