> 3 dayI make prints from this paper. I have to cut it to size, and the sizes were all just a little bit off. Not wide enough, not the right height. Some were the size they were supposed to be. I separated them all into piles of the same dimensions, and I had 5 different sizes! So then, I measured the original uncut sheet. Actual dimensions? 10 15/16 x 14 15/16. I also had some Canson 9x12, and it had behaved well in the past. So, I measured it, and it was actually 9x12. Now I need to go through all the wrong size cuts, and see if I can salvage anything for different projects. Im pretty angry about the wasted time Ive spent, and will have to spend to correct this.

> 3 dayThis paper seems to be a popular choice for people on a budget who want to paint in watercolor. You might think I am just a beginner, I dont want to spend too much money on something I may not even be good at. Thats not the way to go about it! Cellulose paper reacts very differently to water than the 100% cotton options. I used to watch tutorials and be like how does it seem so easy for them? My washes have streaks, once I go over an area to fix I just end up removing the underlying layer of paint Treat yoself and buy some 100% cotton paper! A block lasts for a long time, and you will struggle so much less with 100% cotton, so its a worthy investment. If you dont want to buy a whole block, you can buy a few sheets of paper and try it about before you really commit to watercolor. Now that I have 100% cotton Arches paper, I feel like I need to find uses for this block and every time I try to use it I just get disappointed and frustrated. Im going to throw it away!

> 3 dayI homeschool my kids and we go through a ton of watercolor paper. I had been purchasing the Strathmore coldpress 140 lb paper because I know and trust the brand but the cost was adding up. I decided to try this because of the great price and I am so glad I did. The quality is great, same as the Strathmore. Love that it comes with 30 sheets instead of 12! Its in a pad form but it tears off easily without the glue sticking to it. Will purchase again.

> 3 dayLet’s just be honest. This is not a professional grade paper, so you can’t expect professional grade results. This is much harder to work on than 100% cotton. It dries out really quickly and leads to more unwanted/unpredictable marks. I wouldn’t expect to make a painting with traditional watercolor techniques likes multiple washes and lifting out highlights on this paper — it’s just not capable of it.

Greater than one weekThis paperwork really well for me. I cant say much for the wet on wet technique since I dont use it but the paper is really thick and seems like it can absorb a lot. Just a fair warning for those getting the side wire when detaching the paper be sure to bend at the seam properly or it might potentially start ripping but thats not the papers fault

> 3 dayThe paper its good quality but the package has to protect more the edges. When the paper arrives the edges of the paper was bent. When you are spending on this paper its to paint an art piece and the paper has to be perfect.

> 3 dayThis is really a great value for very nice quality watercolor paper. The size is very nice. The paper surface isnt really textured. Its more smooth surfaced. This paper is not stark white, more so an eggshell white. This isnt an overly thick paper either, however, it is thick enough to avoid bleed-through. Depending on the amount of water used in an application, it will warp a little, but that is typical. Taping down the paper defeats issues occurring with warping or curling. Paint application is smooth and consistent. The quantity available in this pad, at this price, is impressive in itself. I will be purchasing this product, again in the future.

> 3 dayA good paper even if it is wood pulp and not cotton. Id say this paper is good for all skill levels because with more pro, cotton paper it stains very easily and its hard to lift colors. And for only five/ten bucks thats really good.

> 3 dayI gave the review 3 star because when I bought it , it said it was a 2 pack and we only got one. The paper it self seems to do just fine for water color paints.

> 3 dayI really like this paper. But I had to dock one star because mine came pretty badly damaged. About 7 sheets of it had to be trashed. Thats the only reason I docked one star. Minus the damage, its a 5-star product.
