Central Air Conditioner Cover for Outside Units 36 x 36 - Top Universal Outdoor AC Cover Defender (Mesh, 36 x 36)

This was suggested to me by my AC maintenance man. Never had a problem with dirt debris etc but he thought this would be definitely a preventative purchase. I received it today and it is a very effective product. Well built, quality rust proof grommets and super simple to install. Takes 5 minutes or less. This will last a lifetime. Very happy I bought this and the seller was excellent

First I took measurements of my new air conditioning unit, put my order in, received it the next day. And this is a perfect product. Didnt take long to install it, the bungee cords are included. I love it.

This cover fit very well and provides protection from the elements with allowing air conditioner to breathe.

I was so pleased to see that a product like this exists! Last year I had a very unfortunate situation with a baby bird that fell out of the nest into the AC unit. (I have no idea how he got through the grate…He must’ve been absolutely tiny. Needless to say he didn’t make it.) Anyway, mama decided to build a nest right above the AC again anyway this year so I needed to think fast! Fortunately there was next day delivery because I saw babies up in the nest probably just a few days away from trying their wings. As soon as it arrived on my doorstep I put it on and I feel so much better now! (Great product by the way… Went on very easily and the 32 inch was a nice fit for my 28 inch unit. I think the 28 inch would have worked but this gave a little extra room down the side.)

Fits completely over the fan blades.

This really helps keeps leaves and debris from getting into my unit. I was especially glad to have it with the recent highwinds. Probably could use a second person to finish the install of it because you really have to pull to get it to to attach.

I learned about this product from my HVAC maintenance man. He suggested this, so your unit does not collect dirt leaves and whatever else can get in there. This was definitely the best 25 bucks I’ve ever spent.

It is well constructed. Fits well. Easy to install. Mesh material appears to be made of plastic. Works well. Dont know if it is UV resistant. Very little detail/documentation included.

Cover does well at keeping leaves out of inner area of heat pump. Of special note; this is NOT a long term product. Buy at $20-25 each, I expect to replace these annually. Florida is hard on this type of material/product.
