These tires are strong and reliable. They do take a little while to get fitted onto the rim so be aware of that.

One of the two inner tubes had a defect right out of the box and blew out at w 20 pounds inflation. The hole was too big to patch so threw the tube away.

Some other reviewers have commented on how difficult it is to change this tire. While its not easier than other tires Ive changed (Continental 4000, 5000) I had no difficulty. Not sure about the other reviewers, perhaps variance in the tire diameter or the particular rims they have, but those reviews made me pause and there turned out to be no reason for concern. Not enough use to comment on the tires performance.

Seriously the ONLY bike tire for road or tri bikes!

Ive been riding for many years, I bought these to replace my prior tires on my cannondale caad10, I expected them to be durable and the price was reasonable. I purchased in March. Ive put approximately 100 miles on them so far. Recently while riding I get a blow out. I checked the tire and the sidewall tore open. No nail or glass just poor weak sidewall.

I didnt realize how much of a difference these tires would make until I made the switch. With my stock tires I was getting a couple of flats a month, since putting these on I havent had any (knock on wood). They give such great piece of mind without added bulk or compromise, highly recommended!
